I hated giving up my analog phone for a dumb flip phone (which was a good phone) but my wife convinced me that this old dog could learn new tricks so I got a Samsung S5. I am amazed! The intimidation was difficult to overcome but now I LOVE it

The S5 is truly a "smart" phone. There are so many great features it's hard to pinpoint which ones are special. Battery lasts several days. Display is clear and bright. Camera takes very nice photos.

I was waiting for a good price for this phone. I also studied and researched which phone to buy. Also talked to friends who had this phone and got great reviews. So I purchaed this phone...I've had it now for awhile and I love it! Very happy!

Everything I expected and more. This is a great phone. And I love the fact that you can get to the battery. I wasn't told with my last phone, a Motorola Atrix that you could not get to the battery. It died in less than a year. I asked the carrier what I was supposed to do---"...ahhhh get a new phone...." :P

We upgraded from a Motorola Atrix to the Samsung S5 and truly love the new phone. The battery life is great and so is the speed of the phone. There have been no issues with the phone with anything.

While I like the size of phone, I am still looking around trying to figure out all of the apps on phone. It hasn't been easy to switch from old phone when looking for other apps that were present on the old phone. Overall though the phone is good quality and well worth the price.

Awesome phone has everything you could want and more. I love the beauty mode for self is taking, screen size, ease of use, and that I can see my screen outside in the sunshine and inside well too! Cons: battery life lasts 1 full day with power saver on and background data off.

I have been very satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S 5. The only difficulty I had and it might have been because I do not consider myself very tech savvy was getting my voice mail set up. Thought it would just transfer from old phone to new, but had to go through assistance to get it done. Now I have Visual Voice Mail which is cool because I can choose which message to listen to and when to listen to it.

Excellent camera quality, love the size. Would be nice to see some improvement in widget graphics, still very blocky and somewhat out of date. No regrets with upgrade. Excited to have the 5!

Got this phone for my daughter. She loves it. We got a Lifeproof case though to make sure it stays safe as she can sometimes be a walking hazard...lol.

I switched from the iPhone to the Samsung Galaxy and I couldn't be more pleased. Great phone, and user friendly. Takes great photos and I can do so much with this phone. I'm beyond pleased.

This is a very good phone for the price. Easy to use and I love the finger scanner.

I had a Samsung note before this one. I like the picture quality on this one better.

I really enjoy my new Samsung Galaxy S5. It out performs my old iPhone. The picture is outstanding and it is easier to read my messages and emails. I find it to be very user friendly.

we have debated about stepping up to a smartphone for a long time. we are happy that we did. everything about the samsung galaxy s5 is great. easy to use. good camera.

Pleased with this phone. Have used iPhone, prior Galaxy S and LG G3 phones. In my experience, the S5 is more stable than my prior G3 and on par in terms of performance and usability with my iPhone 5S. I have had no glitches or hiccups - a testament to both a maturing OS and a better optimized Galaxy phone.

Not only is the phone the best Galaxy yet, but Best Buy's process was smooth, quick, and filled me in on all issues and options. The conversion from my old phone to the new one was very smooth. Excellent product and service.

I was skeptical about upgrading my wife from her Samsung S 2 to any newer smartphone, but I am glad we got the Samsung Galaxy S 5 because she has yet to break it or ask me any questions. My wife is deaf and has cerebral palsy, so she has to use video and texting as the primary form of communication. She is also prone to dropping things, due to limited grip in her right hand, but this seems to hold up nicely. I am an engineer so she is always asking the "How do I...?" and "What is...?" questions; however, this phone has proven to me that she can figure out these questions for herself due to it's simplicity and general durability.

Love the larger size yet small enough to pocket it. Fast! Easy system to move/add apps. Samsung has always made great products.
