I really like the android operating system. The phone features are easy to use and the apps are plentiful.

Up graded to this phone for the parents. They are older and thought it was time to upgrade to a smart phone. So far they like it a lot and are still learning how to maneuver the system.

I like the phone and it's options. The size is a little larger than my last one, but you get used to it. Very nice phone and features.

I purchased this phone for my son for Christmas. I did have some difficulty with he activation process through Best Buy. Other than that, we have been very happy with this purchase.

Faster than my old HTC. Like the hand writing recognition. I can just drag my fingers across the screen and it types. Correct 80% of the time, except proper names and abbreviations.

Great flagship phone from Samsung. I like the capacitive buttons vs on-screen buttons. The feel/grip is nicer than the LG G3 for me.

Love the "Alerts", get up to the minute sports results, know what's happening before it's posted to the internet - and so much more.

There's so many cool updates, including the text suggestions where the phone brings up suggested words based on context. I also like seeing texts and calls when I bring up a contact.

This was bought for my husband due to his I - phone quit working.It was a good pick for him, easy to navigate.He is not a tech man.

Great phone, but the associates talk you into programs, and not give you the full story. Very disappointed. Also some associates were very rude and not helpful, on black Friday.

Got this phone on Thanksgiving deal. Nice phone. Initially was having some trouble porting my existing number. Best buy representative was very helpful to get this done.

I found it a bit difficult to transition from my old I phone to the layout of the Samsung. I especially found it tedious to find how to keep the phone from making a sound each and every time I got an email (200+ per day, and during the night).

Who needs an iPhone when you can have a Samsung? I've been an iPhone user for quite some time, but it was time to move on to something better. Best upgrade I've done.
