This phone is just as I expected to be after having an S3 and S4 it holds up to expectations. I am rough on phones and love the fact that the back is plastic so that it will not crack like glass or dent like metal.

Good quality phone - many useful apps - easy to set up and use. Good quality pictures.

Was not looking for a phone but based on everything I read and the great deal being offered by Best Buy I couldn't resist. I will admit, there has been some problems, but the staff at Best Buy/Samsung have quickly resolved them.

I love every feature this phone has. It has a great camera its light weight and water resistant what more could you ask for?

I am not very good with my technical skills but I was able to pick up on my Samsung S very good the employee that sold me the phone was very patient with me and he made me feel so comfortable by the time I left.

The phone has been very self explanatory when it comes to operating. Many of the options to make changes are readily available under the window that is open utilizing the toolbar (3 dots). The only issue was when charging phone it remained open. It never locked according to my set time for lockout. It was resolved quickly when I went to a Samsung rep at Best Buy, who knew how to resolve. Overall, LOVE IT!!! 4 other family members decided to go with this Galaxy 5 after I purchased it!

I had an HTC and loved it but all the new features on the Samsung are wonderful. The battery life is much better and Best Buy made transferring my service and all data very easy. It's much easier to share photos too. I love that you can delete part of a message string, as on my HTC I had to delete the entire string. Still learning how to use the phone and find new fun functionality daily.

Best samsung phone ive had to date. Ive had the Epic, Epic touch, s4 and now this. Its extremely intuitive. The os is kitkat and even more user friendly. The camera is amazing and takes pics in cessation if you just hover over the camera button. Smart remote is cool. But really only works with certain tvs. I love it.

Had bought as an upgrade phone this to coincide with my billing cycle end/start date...received shipment after billing cycle cut off but Sprint/Best Buy had it added and charged as of order date. Love the phone and the price, no problems other than billing issues.

Would have given it a 5 except it did not come with a users guide--you have to go online and download it. Besides that its lived up to the hype. VERY long battery life. Great reception. Love the fitness app. But I really like that my numbers are on the keyboard with the alphabet. Switching back and forth was a pain on my S2 and now I don't have to. Still figuring out what all it can do--like control my electronics when I cant find the remote. Would definitely recommend this phone.

Definitely satisfied with the Galaxy S5 for my teenager! He loves the camera and the look of his new phone! The speed is amazing with Sprint LTE. Kudos Samsung!!!

I've loved my Samsung phones. Each one has been the best one yet and this is no exception. From the fantastic battery life, to the gorgeous display, to all the cool features(like heart rate monitor, finger print security scanner, and the ability to shoot stunning 4 k ultra video), this phone rocks! The only thing I would like to see, although much improved over previous versions, is some built in rockin' speakers. You can't go wrong with this purchase!

Better batery life and very fast phone. I like the black and white fixture that prolongs the battery life.

Great phone. I'm still learning all the little tricks, but what I have figured out so far is awesome. My HTC was a little more music friendly, but I'm finding apps to get past the querks

Bought this for my mother in law and she LOVES it. It is her first smartphone after having flip phones for years. Would recommnend this to anyone looking for an affordable Android phone.
