We were looking to upgrade from a LG Mach and boy did we! We really like the Samsung S5

Overall, I have been happy with this new phone. The phone is a little big for some of my lower rise jeans- I like to wear it in my pocket at work with just vibrate on - so sound doesn't bother my team mates. But the picture quality is wonderful. I also use it for business and it supports my work email and WebEx meetings when I am not at my laptop.

I have had so many issues with my Galaxy S4, I was so relieved to get the S5 and to have a fully functional phone again. Love it.

Good phone only complaint is that the screen broke in the first 3 months I had it. I never used a case and in the last 10 years I never broke a screen. But I'll take most of the blame.

She didn't want a new phone she likes the old flip type. But got her this one and she has had it for about a month and love it!

Very happy with this phone and my carrier (Sprint). Wide range of useful and interesting apps make this an indispensable tool.

My wife got this phone as her 1st smart phone. It's not as easy for her to navigate as our kids' ipods but she's getting it. It has so many great features and we can't believe how fast the phone is. It looks so nice she got a clear hybrid case just so the phone wasn't hidden. Definitely a better value than the iPhone in my opinion.

Switched from HTC to Samsung this time around. Now I really liked the HTC, so I was still torn between the M8 and the S5 when it was time to upgrade. I'm sure I would have loved either choice. But I am not disappointed with the Galaxy. It does everything I need and was easy to learn the differences between the HTC and Samsung.

I was anxious to upgrade from my Galaxy 3 to the 5s. I didn't have to relearn the phone and it's even more user friendly.
