Phone has more bells and whistles ...works great just heavier than the last one I had. But overall pleased with it.

Great phone for the price of $1. Samsung's are way better than I-Phone's.

So far, the device is meeting my expectations. I am still exploring the features. Also I am transitioning from a keyboard device. So I am not the most phone tech savvy user.

This phone is all that I could imagine plus more. Samsung has done it again and now it's in colors...happy me:-)!!!

So far, I have had a blast with my new Samsung Galaxy S5. Navigating has been very simple, the keyboard for texting is huge and every key is at your fingertips! There is no flipping back and forth between keypads its all on the one screen. The camera is amazing and takes great pictures. I wouldnt change anything.

You can do almost everything you can do with your computer...I love this phone wish I would have gotten sooner.

I like this new phone better than my last alot easier to use no problems as yet satisfied with product so far.

I love my s5. I switched from s3. Love the camera love all the new features.. I hate the speaker is on the back of the phone. That was too stupid bc u can barely hear anything bc if you're right handed that's where you're hand rests when holding it. That's the ONLY issue I have everything else is amazing.

AFTER NOT UPGRADING For 4 years, I up graded from the origanal galaxy epic 4g. I had a phone with a slide out keyboard and was hesitant to up grade all these years because I felt I needed a physical button to text and write emails. After dealing with a slow, packed phone that wouldnt let me add any more apps, because my memory was filled, I decided an up grade was due. I went to best buy where all the associates were kind (even know they laught at the phone I still had) THEY helped me with no pressure decide it was time to get a new phone. So when I decided to upgrade they asked me what color I wanted and I decided blue. It just so happened I was the first one in that store to get one in blue since it was just released that day. They trasfered all my contacts, did all the upgrade needed on the phone then brought me over to the sprint huy to teach me how to use it to my max. I love the phone the service and the price. Thanks for the great expierence best buy. I would recomend this phone and the service at best buy to anyone. Thanks

I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, which I loved, and this one is so much better! It has everything I need, has voice controls, lots of storage, charges quickly and battery lasts for 2 days with a lot of use. I could have gotten an iPhone for the same deal, but glad I stayed with Samsung!

I am enjoying my new Samsung Galaxy 5s. I have great reception and I think this is a very good product.

Enjoying the phone and how compact this mini android features have and the color is a great texture.

i got this phone for my mom and she is using it with no problems and for being older she's loves it.

Great upgrade from Galaxy S3 phone. Love the blue color exclusive to Best Buy. I just wish it wasn't preloaded with so much junk - I just want the basics.

I love the phone however i do not like that the charger port cover stopped staying closed after about 2 weeks

This is my best Samsung yet!!! This phone has the best call, & picture quality!! If it wasn't for Sprints service being so bad this phone I'm sure I'd love it even more if possible.
