This phone is absolutely amazing. I have the S4 tablet as well and they work very similar to one another. Some people complain about the thumb print biometrics but I have l little complaints with it. I love how it calculates your next word and speeds up texts and letters. The large screen is brilliant and doesn't draw much power. Battery lasts the whole day with a very quick charge usb3 cable. The waterproof feature is great and haven't needed to see if that's option works yet. All n all the phone is a 5 star in my book.

Very happy with it . It takes great pictures . I also like because the battery last longer . I also already dropped it in a puddle and after three months it still works .

The S5 display is its best feature along with the ease of adding apps. However, the positives end there. The phone requires multiple selections to dial when one touch should do. The phone times out frequently causing delays in productivity. The phone is not user friendly to yahoo mail and the functionality in google gmail is severely lacking. The search function yields failing results at every turn and is incredibly slow. The google chrome internet is limited and does not process requests quickly. Altogether the phone is nice looking, but its technology is not as robust as it should be in the competitive market of today. The commands require a number of steps when they should and can require one which is a waste of time. I feel it is not user friendly in this way. I need fast and efficient.

Well worth the money. Big screen is great. Love the features. Couldnt do without the galaxy s5. Text to talk feature is very convienent. Love the quality of the pictures and videos it takes.

Switched from iphone 5 to this. Its is bigger. Pictures are clear, sound is awesome. FP scanner works, heart rate scanner works. No issues. Awesome product. Does all it says it will do.

I really like almost everything about the phone. Its got great battery life. Nice size screen and is user friendly. The only thing that i dont like is the front facing camera. The quality of the selfie pic kinda sux. For that I miss my galaxy 3.

I am very technology challenged, and my last smart phone was little more than a glorified flip phone. This phone is very easy to navigate and the camera takes good pics.

I have used the Samsung Galaxy S, S III, S4 and now S5 ... love the bigger screen size and the camera ... even sweeter that I bought this during Black Friday weekend! :-)

Love the size and speed of the phone. Last phone was the S3, and it was time for and upgrade. Couldn't beat the Black Friday deal of $1! The only cons I have found so far are that the charging port cover is a little difficult to get open when the phone is in a case, and there is not a quick link in the tool bar to turn off mobile data connection (must go to settings widget and a few more steps through a lengthy menu to get to the point of being able to turn off mobile, and the same lengthy process to turn it back on. It is bothersome to not have a quick button to do so, as I had on the S3, as I must turn it off when I arrive at work each day-my building is a dead zone and it drains my battery when it searches for a connection constantly. ) Other than those 2 things, very satisfied with the S5.

Have had it for month and a half and so far so good. I'm still learning about the various features and functions but it's fairly intuitive and easy to maneuver around. The pics from the camera are crisp and clear...or maybe i just caught a few lucky shots...but the variety of settings are fun to play with. The battery life is the only complaint as it seems to drain more quickly than I had expected. But overall, I have no regrets selecting this phone. It's a really nice phone.

love my Samsung galaxy s5. I have recommended it to several friends and family members and they have purchased one for themselves and others in there families. I can not say enough good things about this phone, best buy and sprint. the help and service I have received has been awesome. THANK BEST BUY for pointing me in the right direction.

This is my families 4th Samsung Galaxy phone purchase. We keep coming back because we love the quality/reliability of the phones and the S5's are no exception. All of the features of prior versions and lots of new ones as well. Like that its waterproof as long as everything is sealed properly. Not that I plan on going swimming with it, but for those unfortunate mishaps sometimes involving water. Great phone. Glad we decided on this one!

I love this phone. Screen size is just right and phone is not cumbersome. Easy to read, pictures come out right every time. No complaints!

Replaced our S3 with the S5. Screen is bigger so its easier for us to see. Battier last longer.

The phone provides great android options, w/ wonderful photo quality. Easy too use, ,love the widgets, the calendar, and the screen size.

The phone is just like a mini tablet, it is great. The screen size is good and the colors are so vivid, i am really enjoying it.

Better quality pictures love the bigger screen and still learning what all it will do.
