So far I'm loving my new phone except I use speaker phone a lot and was having trouble with people hearing me. I took it back to Best Buy and they turned off the noise reduction button and so far that has seemed to work. But other than that it's like having a computer, GPS, health & fitness, radio, and the list goes on all at your finger tips!! Love LOVE LOVE it!!

Iphone is in my past, S5 and Android are in my present & future for so many reasons...if u are debating on the switch, dont hesitate. Well worth the investment.

It is a great phone. The two problems - the ringtones are too low. I have called myself and it rings four times before the cellphone rings and then I don't hear it until the 5th or 6th ring. I miss a lot of calls.

I really enjoy the Sumsung phone it has style and it’s really a smart phone. I do find that there are new items to it there are different then my other Samsung phones that I have to get used to. The more I play around with it the more I learn.

loved the galaxy s3! had a cracked screen and it was upgrade time anyway, so I got the s5. galaxy phones are awesome!

I debated between the Samsung s5, the iphone 6 and the LG G3. I am happy I decided on this phone and have no regrets!

What a wonderful match to my ten inch Tab S. They belong together. We do everything with it. The remote is better than the one that came with our cable box. Using Samsung Kies I added my old stuff from my Samsung S 3. Powerful machine

I had the S3 and loved it. Im very picky about my phones and have loved the Galaxy ever since they came out.

I really, like the program Best Buy offer to all cell phone services customers. I've spread the word to all my friends & families. The employees at best buy are sincere & very professional. The mobile rep Nick was OUTSTANDING.

Nice phone cool features but im so use to the iphone it just isnt the same

The sound isn't that good and i cant surf the web and talk on the phone or receive a text at the same time unless im connected to wifi plus i just got iit less than a month ago and the charge port cover broke off the only think thats a plus on the phone to me is the pedometer and the pulse detector

I purchased this phone in gold around Thanksgiving and so far so good! I had the S2 and it was a much needed upgrade for me to the S5 and to make the deal sweeter I only paid the $1 black friday price!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Happy to be back to my andriod roots i had an i phone and it always had problems i also like the fact that you have a removable battery. And separate memory storage unlike i phone it is only internal memory

This phone is wonderful. Still learning phone. There are so many features that I am still learning how to operate my phone. I just love my Samsung - Galaxy S5. I only wish that it came in the color RED.
