I had the Samsung Galaxy III for two years without complaint...aside from battery life. I'm loving my S5! I can't believe I wavered for a second between this and iPhone 6. Happy I stuck with android.

This is my first Galaxy after having two HTC Evos, and I can't find anything to complain about. The phone has exceeded my expectations so far. It did take a little getting used to the differences in the way it set up compaired to the HTCs, but that did take very long.

I am not that impressed with the phone. My previous phone was an iPhone 5. I love the screen size and shape. I don't like that it's always searching for the WiFi. Still working out the kinks. Learning the features.

Arrived fast..after a week i took the phone down to the local best buy to get activated and what a long debacle..after two hours of trying to transfer, the patient employees couldnt get the phone activated(wrong sd card?)..we asked if we could just exchange phones and start over but were informed that the return time had expired..wtf??..so we actually were sent around the block to the sprint store..the confident sprint mgr. said he could fix it easy..yeah, right..after an hour of him trying we noticed he just changed out phones on the sly..he did say initially he could get into trouble by just swapping phones...at least he did the right thing by taking care of the customer..needless to say, i will never buy a phone on-line again:(

I went from galaxy 2, 3, 4 and now 5... I am so in love with it and I chose the gold. Just found out it has a kids mode for my grand babies so they can not send anything I don't want them to.

I would prefer the Iphone. Beside the laggin it ok

I LOVE THE S5. I DON'T LOVE HOW ONE OF THE S3 FEATURES I COULD DO I CANT WITH THE S5. WHICH IS TALK ON THE PHONE AND USE THE WEB UNLESS YOU HAVE WIFI. I CAN USE THE CAMERA WHILE ON THE PHONE BUT CAN'T SEEN PIC TXT WHILE ON THE PHONE. THAT'S WHAT I SEEN SO FAR

The only thing I don't like about this phone is the where the charger connects to the phone. It has this little trap door that looks like it will snap off at any time. Otherwise, the phone is great!

This phone I feel is best on market. I love samsung products and would recommend this phone to all.it has so much technology that im still learning it and I have had phone for 2 months

I truly love how flexible this phone is to my needs. It has all of the features of my old phone plus a lot more. I would recommend that anyone looking for a great phone to try this one!

I absolutely love the s galaxy 5. I am able to sybc my work email and personal email and even my calanders all in the palm of my hand.

This is my 3rd galaxy and i love it i would recommend this phone to anyone one of the things I like most about this phone is how quickly it charge and the kids mode is awesome

I walked into Best Buy with the intention of buying the Galaxy Note 4, or the iPhone 6. Instead I walked out with the GS5 (don't ask me why). It's a nice phone, but since I upgraded from the GS3, I expected a lot more than I got from this phone.

I was planning on buying this phone for my son's 19th birthday and paying at least $199.99 plus tax but Best Buy had it for $1.00! Needless to say I was Stoked and so was he!

Received as gift, haven't activated yet.. still need to find out how to have pictures transferred from galaxy s3 to galaxy S5 ... important photos that cannot be lost..

This is a really great phone and the Samsung staff at Best Buy was so helpful. He was more than willing to work with us.

There are things that i miss from the galaxy s3 that this phone doesn't offer. I love the copper gold color of the phone. If I could switch phones I would go for the new Galaxy Note over this. However, I'm satisfied with this phone.

I bought this for my 68 year old father and he loves it and hasn't had any issues using the phone like he did with his previous phone. He also LOVES the color!!

The only problem was the door on the power port broke off after 18 days. The fingerprint recognition works well. Seamless interface with PayPal square and wallet. I've actually been using this phone more often then my iPad mini.

Purchased S5 during Black Friday sales period, was quick and simple and delivery was even faster. Phone met all of my expectations and continues to do so.....
