The front camera is horrible. Im switching to iphone

Old galaxy III connected all the time. Not this one.

phone doesnt work as well as the 3. screen goes blank everytime there is a second call. changed phone 3 times. same problem with all

Bought it All excited and for me being with it several days and started having trouble with it it would freeze continuesly took it back found out the Galaxy s 5 was a defective one.

The phone keeps locking up. I have to take the battery out to make it work again

I was able to upgrade and couldn't beat the Black Friday deal of getting the S5 for $1. It is similar enough to my S3 that I didn't have much trouble getting used to it. There are differences between the phones but I do enjoy the S5 features and haven't seen a downside to them compared to my old phone. I am very pleased with it!

I love the picture quality of this phone, and the fact that its water proof

This is an amazingly fast phone, it charges quick, the processor is fast and it is great looking. I love the kids mode (it's in your widgets if you haven't found it yet), my son loves to play with the games and take pictures. I have had no issues with email, browsing, or app usage. It isn't too big or bulky, fits nicely in hand. The S Health app is very cool, I added a Gear Fit watch to my package and they pair very well together.

Got this for only 1.00. Excellent phone. Fatty processor, good memory. Nice size. It worked fine up until Samsung did an update that put all my apps on the phone memory instead of my card. Otherwise great phone

The camera is great. The system processes quickly when on internet. The display and overall model are priceless. I was timid at first about and new phone but this is my new friend.

Going from the Samsunsg Galaxy 4 to the 5 was a smooth transition.

I resisted getting a smartphone for a long time. I had no idea I would use this Galaxy S5 so much every day. Keeps me connected to all my online activities when away from my desktop PC.

I uprgraded to this phone my an S3. I'd been comparing the S5, HTC and LG G3. I was more or less set on the G3 until I actually got to the store. It was a hard choice between the two, as theres not any major differences. I stuck wit Samsung, since I loved my S3. And so far the S5 has not disappointed Definitely recommend this phone if your already a Samsung fan.

Good phone. Updated from a Galaxy S3. Had problems getting calls at first, but, it turned out to be a problem with the Sprint cell towers. Had to learn that from another customer.

I got this phone with my upgrade and I love Android phones. This was an upgrade from the S3 that was well over due.

Upgraded to the Galaxy s5 and now I wish I had done it sooner. I love everything about this phone.

This is my 4th Samsung phone and I have to say it is the best so far. I upgraded from a Galaxy 3 and really like the way the S5 fits in my hand, the screen resolution and how it looks. Since this is my 3rd galaxy, there really wasn't a learning curve, it's a good phone and I'm looking forward to learning all the features. Had a great experience in your Vernon Hills store. It was pretty busy because of the special and 4 weeks before Christmas, yet we received excellent service. Jose was the person who helped us with our contract and switching phones and he was polite and had a great sense of humor!
