Phone BROKE and no one wants to stand behind it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.$800 phone, $5 part (likely costs $0.05 to make) The “charging port cover flap” broke which apparently I find out is a common issue!!! This is a critical part to keep the phone waterproof. Now Best Buy wants to charge $150 for a replacement phone which isn't even new!!! Sprint would have replaced with a new phone had I gone with their insurance. Neither Samsung nor Sprint has loaner phones to use to send it to Samsung to be fixed even though it is under warranty. It will take up to a month to get back from Samsung. Samsung will not send the part out directly to either Best Buy or myself. So after allot time and effort, I have to order part from Amazon and install it. SO NOT AMUSED WITH BEST BUY OR SAMSUNG!!!!!! I am quite displeased, disappointed, frustrated, annoyed, exasperated and several other words I will not use.
