I'm not sure why, maybe it was our carrier or the store where we bought it, but our passwords were hacked immeaditely after this purchase and set-up. Otherwise the phone is great!

Good features but VERY POOR battery life. The first time I walked in to the store with the bad phone, they said it was the same with any Galaxy S3. The second time I went in - an associate was able to help me exchange the phone. However, THIS is a really bad phone in terms of its battery life. What good are the features if the phone cannot last 10hrs in a day. I'm definitely NOT happy & feel stuck with this.

let me start by saying that I have owned an iPhone from the first day it was released. I had the 4s and I was due for an upgrade. after speaking with a few friends and reading TONS of reviews, I settled on the S3. I figured if I didn't like it I could always return it. well I have had it for about a month now and I can honestly say I don't think I will be going back to an iPhone any time soon. One of the features I didn't think I would like as much as I do is being able to customize everything about this phone. Being as I was an apple guy for years I had grown accustomed to being limited in customizing the phone. The camera on this is crazy good. Not only is it amazingly sharp for pictures but there is almost no lag time for the shutter so u don't miss a shot. Also the keyboard is really good. Occasionally I will fat finger it but the swipe to text feature almost always gets the words right somehow. Plus the speak to text works astoundingly well too which is a great help when driving. The screen is crystal clear and very sharp. Videos and pictures look great! ! The dual core processor makes for a great phone experience. I often run two apps at the same time I.e. Pandora and surf the web and I NEVER see any sort of lag or the phone slowing down. One of the things I was most concerned about was not having Apples app store. Well iplay is just as good if not a little better. It is easier to search for apps and any kind of app u could want is available. Overall, this phone truly does blow the iPhone out of the water. Features, screen, camera, you name it and the S3 out performs any other phone on the market. If you are thinking of trying it out, I strongly recommend you do. You will quickly forget what was holding you back and u will wonder why u wasted all those years with an iPhone! !!

Samsung should step there game up with the next generation of phones. The 3 isn't great, and the 4 seemed to be just a lot of hype.
