I absolutely love this phone. Photo's, video texting making calls is very easy. Navigation is simple to use.

The best phone I have owned bar none. I'm glad I picked this over the iphone 5.

the phone was in my hand when it cracked, it was while it was ringing (on vibrate), I was shocked so I looked it up and there are tons of people with the same issue but you will be on your own having to replace the screen and digitizer which are glued together making it a expensive repair. I went back to bestbuy to get them to do something about it and I couldn't have been pushed out of the mobile center any quicker, guess they don't want anyone to hear about how costly this issue can be (half the full retail price) They didn't tell me that while in the store just handed me a flyer for a local repair shop and sent me on my way. I contacted bestbuy customer support and they said it was my problem not theirs. First time I have ever had a screen break on me. Get the protection if you get it you will need to replace it often and they will not tell you that when you buy it.

Great phone for the price on contract, but might want to wait until s4 comes out at end of the month

I dont normally write reviews but i'm taking the time to do this because it is important. As a long term iPhone user I guess i'm a bit spoiled. The transition has been a pain to say the least. The phone is no where near as user friendly as the iPhone. There are many limitation such as the inability to send video over text. All of that i can live with but the constant pocket dialing of 911 is just pain wrong. I contacted Samsung and they actually denied there is a problem despite the fact that there are many reviews indicating they very problem.

It's a nice phone, I would consider owning it again if a newer version comes out.

If you are a music person and plug your phone in to your radio or plug headphones in to it, dont buy this phone. I got it as an upgrade in December...not even a month later the headphone jack stopped working. We sent the phone to samsung to warranty it out and recieved a new one. It has now been 3 months and the headphone jack is broken in this one as well. Dont see myself buying a samsung phone again.

I am now on my 3rd Samsung SIII. Supposedly both phones had software issues. If this 3rd phone still doesn't do the simple things that got me to choose it instead of an iPhone
