    For this being my first "Smart Phone", I am disappointed!!! Extremely short battery life, the key board freezes ALL the time-even had to have the NEW phone replaced with a refurbish cell because Best Buy would not give me a new cell; I even paid the insurance on it. When I take a picture- it is fuzzy. I should of gone with something different but I only have 1 year and 6 months left. Than it is "BYE-BYE Samsung Galaxy 3".

    The galaxy 3 is a great phone. I use it to download mp3s, for heavy texting and for lots of apps.
