    All apps should be able to be turned off by user, not running by default. But the Droid3 had the same issue.

    I went from an Apple Iphone 4S to this phone. This is my first Samsung phone, and there has been a bit of a learning curve. If you are not used to the android operating system, it will take some time to adjust. There seems to be layers of steps to complete tasks that were much simpler with my Iphone. I am still learning to use the device, and so far I am not a fan.
