Happy with purchase price and agent that helped me

The phone is great for the price and does so much.

This phone was recommended to me and I am impressed. My six year loves to get to play his Sonic songs from youtube. It keeps him busy for hours. Overall satisfied with my phone. I would purchase Samsung products in the future

Although the phone is light, it still has its flaws. It drops calls, and the touchscreen typing is terrible. The keys are too small, and you end up typing and re-typing multiple times. The internet is slow.

A big reason I bought the phone was for the Voice Command I am very disappointed with the one it came with, it does work well'. I downloaded a voice command app the work a lot better, however by the time you get the answer or response from the voice command i could have enter it myself and I am not fast. Also, the pic aren't that good, it a little buggy that is its froze up a couple times, the internet is slow,etc. I want to say it better than my HTC but I not sure. the orginal HTC was good however when I drop it the refurbish phone SUCK. I guess my expectations were to high.

I think this phone is pretty solid. It definitely rivals the iPhone. Has a lot of stuff that I wont probably ever use which always leaves something new to be discovered about the phone.

This phone is good. Although I do hate having to hit the the button on the bottom of the phone so much just to turn it on or get to the menu. I am afraid that it will wear out too soon.

I was thrilled to see this model available through the Best Buy/Sprint renewal contract feature, however I was disappointed in the picture quality and the awkward size of the phone.

My review is going to be short. It is just too smart.! It can be so complicated. There should be better instructions. After my two years I will buy an Iphone.

This phone works well, but sometimes callers say I sound muffled. If I don't talk right into the mic piece they say they can't hear me.

Overheats but overall my best Samsung purchase by far. Not too pleased with the sound always enabled when shooting a photo.

I originally started to write this on my S3, then my keyboard froze! I had an original HTC evo, which was fantastic! Thought that I was upgrading to the best phone on the market with the S3. Don't believe the hype! The user interface on this phone is horrible! Samsung tried to be clever but just over complicated the use of this phone. There's no reason why I should have to go through a process to place a phone call! Oh, and once you make the call, have fun trying to have a conversation with the wonderful call quality. Want to speed text? GL! this phone does not auto correct, most of my texts look like I'm drunk texting. You know what I'm talking about... The gallery interface for photo's is another wonderful design! You can't show someone a picture and then go right back into the gallery you were at! NO! that would be too easy. You must start from square one again! The speaker on this phone is pathetic! Just use ear buds... I could go on but, I think I've vented enough for the moment. In closing, save yourself the frustration and don't buy the S3!

in all I like the phone it replaced an HTC evo and I am happy compaired to that phone.

I've only had the phone for a month but so far it hasn't given me a problem

when I kept shopping for a great phone for a great value, I was torn between the iPhone 5 and the GS3. after a few weeks I thought I was getting a great phone but calls sound distorted, phone freezes and unresponsive, games are very sluggish. to top it all off customer service at best buy is horrendous!!

Was defective when I bought it and they charged $50 to replace it.

Easy to use and fun. I like the screen brightness.

Hate sprint! Not very user friently, I get a lot of static when speaking with people on the phone. Hard to connect to the internet, battery needs frequent charging,

At this store virtually ever choice I had for purchasing a cell phone I was told was not available. Not to mean out of stock mind you, but rather virtually items that this particular Best Buy region of sales did not have access to. In returning the one and only phone available, the sales people managed to totally screw up my Sprint account, which I am still attempting to repair (this is another story). I cannot elude to other future purchases but I can say with absolute certainty that I will NEVER purchase a phone from Best Buy again, ever.
