I had a Samsung S5 for years and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I looked at the S21 Samsung but the one I wanted wasn't available for several weeks; so I went with the S10 5G. I have had it for a few weeks and am very happy with it. Josh at Best Buy transferred all my data and pictures over to the new phone and did most of the updates & activated the phone with Verizon. Best Buy offered much better prices than Verizon.

Really enjoying the phone. I like the S model phones. The only thing that would be nice about it is that future models have a removable sim for extra storage space besides being only 258 G. Hope to see 5G all over soon and not only in certain areas. Other than that....very nice phone. Keep up the great products Samsung!

Just got the phone. But so far, love it. Very quick with an excellent camera.

I waited for this phone to come out before uograding my s7 Although we dont have 5g yet the features on this phone are awesome. The Battery last all day. Although its pricey at 1300 I think in the long run it will be worth every penny. Just have to wait for 5g.

The Galaxy Note series has always been my go-to. The desciption and specs are spot-on for this phone. The large phone body and screen are my favorite features. The response is quick and the scrolls are really smooth. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I needed to replace my phone, which was slowing down and behaving erratically. It is a shame these new phones only last three years before funky things start happening to them.

This is a great upgrade for me. I knew what I wanted and they had it. My only complaint is that i wanted the g5 for faster speed but they dont tell you it's not available in your area so you pay more for something you dont have access to. I still like the phone anyway.

I really like this phone! I should be able to do almost everything with it! I needed a device that'll handle any task and hold more storage so that I get some things done on it!

Great phone, but I'm not a fan of the glass on the back of the phone. Its just another thing that could break if phone gets dropped or bumped, or Scratched from keys or whatever else goes in pockets.

Switched from an iPhone X to this phone. Its better than I expected it to be. Only took me 1 day to get used to the different operating system. I should have made the switch a long time ago. Still not many options on cases or screen protectors.

Great phone. Clear and very sharp pictures. Easy to transfer apps, pictures, contacts, etc with the Samsung to Samsung transfer app.

This phone is the best Samsung I've had yet. Can't wait to have 5g service in our area.
