Had iphones for many years and switched to this 5 months ago. I had issues when I first purchased it in getting some things set up, but it seemed to go smoothly for the most part after that. Then, it quit allowing me to send texts to one contact (not blocked, they can text me, they can receive voice texts through "hey google", etc, we've tried and checked everything). Went to the AT&T store twice, Best Buy (and talked to the Samsung rep), had it serviced twice remotely with Samsung. We had it working again for a week when it randomly stopped again. Today, we had to do a factory reset. The phone is not restoring data as it should, keeps giving me failed messages. I absolutely will never purchase another Samsung phone again. Also, the screen scratches easily. I attempted to purchase a screen protector at 2 different stores when I first purchased the phone, and both times a Best Buy associate told me not to because it did not need it. I highly recommend getting one anyway! Now my screen has a lot of scratches just from daily use and in and out of my pocket/purse.
