This is an example of what upgraded phones should be. Its night and day over and previous generations in terms of speed, looks, feel and the intuitive features.

I switched from an iPhone 6 to this phone to take advantage of a BOGO deal with my husband who is a diehard Samsung fan (he upgraded from an S5). Neither of us are loving this phone a month into using. Camera quality is great, but we both have trouble with getting consistent notifications with missed calls and texts, which is a big deal when you use the phone for business. And despite messing with the settings and trying to optimize battery life, mine is consistently poorer than his (down to 50% or less by midday with only average usage on my part) while he uses his constantly and charges every other day. I was getting similar battery life from my 4+ year old iPhone. I'm sure there are many great features I haven't gotten around to yet, but I'm wishing I'd stuck with my apple product.

this phone is terrific. my only complaint is that when I text, it does not bring up just the mobile number for someone so if I don't know their mobile number specifically I need to go back and go to contacts and look up the person and find their mobile number so I know which number to use when I text. with my old Samsung S4 this was never an issue. it defaulted to only mobile numbers and this S10 does not do that. and nobody can figure out how to make it default to only the mobile numbers when texting?! this is extremely annoying and does tick me off to be honest.

I really love this phone! Way better than the S9. I love the camera over all the features are amazing and it comes with it's own screen protector already on.

The phone was easy to set up for use. I love the feature that keeps the phone from pocket dialing. It is very easy to read my emails, texts, etc.

This phone is an excellent piece of work, with a beautiful screen and features. The hole-punch camera is unique and preferable over some of the other options.

This is my 3rd Samsung phone and it does not disappoint. My favorite improvement is the extended battery life which I enjoy every day.

Great phone, with a great camera. upgraded from a samsung 7 and it works awesome. just wish there were more cases available for it

Love the clearness of my pictures . Only thing I don't like is the charging cord is not a regular android cord used for my other android phones

It was time to upgrade and this was the perfect phone to upgrade to. Fast and powerful. Beautiful design. Love it!

After using the phone and the many features. I find it to be better than any I-Phone out there as far as features and performance. Blows them all away.

upgraded from s6 camera is much better, still learning more about camera every day, amazing, have only had it for a few days. love it!

This phone is awesome! Battery life is a huge upgrade from my s8. And love the new options for everything

upgraded from S8. didn't need the size of the plus, so this was an affordable phone with sale from Best Buy only! takes great pictures

I love the screen size/resolution of this phone. Size of phone is just right, and you can customize it any way you'd like with Good Lock 2019.

I loved my s8 but cracked it and the screen strated messing up. Purchased the s10, uhhh it's okay. At first It seemed like the phone was working slow, still does sometimes to me. Overall I like the camera quality, the set up, and appearance of the phone.

This has to be my favorite phone of all time. Having been an iphone user in the past, and trading in my s8+ for the S10, I made the right choice.

I really like this new phone with so many features, to many to list hear. The new 5G band seems to work well. Really like the black-out feature.

Exceptional phone, easy to learn and use.. Great upgrade from a s6 edge. Don't know how people use Apple compared to samsung.

Love my new phone awesome cameras. Super slow mo is really fun. Got it on sale but was still a little expensive was the only bad thing.
