Started with the Note 5 and purchased numerous models for my wife and I. Had a couple of battery issues and Samsung store repaired them quickly under warranty.

So far the phone has been very good, we'll see how long it hangs in there, my biggest issue with Samsung is that battery gets weak after about a year. Needing to be charged more than once a day for average use. So far battery life and functions have been great.

The Samsung - Galaxy S10 with 128GB Memory Cell replaced my S7. Samsung for me thus far has been a reliable phone with the features that I use regularly.

Excellent phone. No complaints. Happy I got it from Best Buy. Easy and affordable and they bought back my old phone.

I purchased 2 Samsumg Galaxy S-10s. To set up the first one there was a problem with the computer. Don't know if Best Buy or Sprint but Associate could not get it to go through properly. Had to call their support. Had to cancel and start over again. It still took a long time to get through to the point of transferring my data. Then the second one went a little smoother. I told my wife "I had bought a car quicker than these cell phones". Since I was replacing an S-7 Edge I was familiar with the product so it didn't take long to see the great updates I was getting. My only problem was the purchase.

I've only had it a week, but so far I love it! Easy to use smart switch to get all my stuff on it along with proper backups and switching over my SD card.

I just love Samsung phones. Definitely recommend to purchase at bestbuy perks are you getvto keep the phone after 18 months of lease payments.

I love Samsung phones. I am android lover. It's easy to navigate and just the right size. Got this at an excellent deal from Best Buy/Sprint.

My daughter figured out all kinds of stuff on this phone from.some of the different camera settings to live wallpapers. Loves the fact its waterproof.

Great phone. Prefer this than apple products , since Samsung is more durable than iPhones. Glad I did.

The Galaxy S10 is an upgrade. Had Iphone 8, which I didn't like so when it was time to upgrade switched to Samsung S10. Overall better phone

Good phone but terrible purchase experience. This is my first new phone in 5 years and I can't believe what a draconian nightmare it is to buy a simple hand held computer. Holy cow. Give yourself at least 3 hours to go through the mind numbing process.

I upgraded from the S7 and can't say enough of how happy I am. Even my son, who is still using the S7, loves jumping on phone to play games.

This is an excellent phone all around! Traded up from the S9 and didn't think I would but, I do like this one even better.

My S8 broke so forced to upgrade. Haven't had phone long enough for proper review. I think it will be fine as it is like my S8 but much improved.

I was able to trade in my Galaxy S8 for pre-order so I was able to get this phone at a great price! Loving this phone so far! No complaints on my part.

Switched to iPhone a few years ago and forgot how much nicer android is. Galaxy S10 is very nice and glad to be back....iphone is a dying breed

My previous phone before this was the Galaxy S8 and I'm glad I made the switch. It's such a huge upgrade and I love everything about the Galaxy S10.
