Still unable to find a case with built in screen protector. Found good review ones but consistently fingerprint doesn't work or stops working. Going with face recognition but less safe plus none of my one tap app can be used... stuck with this issue for next two years...

Sprint directed me to Samsung and after a 1 1/2 hr conference call with Sprint, Sprint now directed me to Best Buy to get an exchange. Best Buy contacted Sprint when I was there for another 30 mins, but nothing was done. At this point I believe Sprint is the problem!

I ordered the phone just because I usually get a new phone every other year and my S8 was slowing down. I do, however, love the fact that it allows me to look at apps while simultaneously using other apps, such as video chat. I believe it was available with S9.
