This upgrade cycle, went to the S10. Awful! very poor reception- not just the dropped calls, but horrible reception on calls that are not dropped- so difficult to understand anyone. Missed voicemails. I would give it less than 2 stars but I am polite. Get anything else. If I could get my S7 back I would in a flash.

My phone was purchased through a Best Buy Black Friday deal so it's only a month old. Not one word was said that Sprint network has issues with Galaxy 10s. Every single phone calls drops within minutes. Sprint employees basically just smirked when I took my phone in because i got it through Best Buy. It's a $75 charge to swap for a new phone and there's no guarantee it'll work any differently. Buyer beware.

I got it swapped one time and same issues. Was having major issues with dropping calls no matter where I was. Turns out it may have been an issue with this phone specifically on the sprint network - but neither Samsung or Sprint could get this figured out. I have been using Galaxy phones for years and ended up getting an S9 instead of this one so I had a phone that would work.

More often then not I can't send or receive text messages, the same goes for phone calls and will flash emergency calls only. I should have kept my S8, I never had these issues with it.

I've used a bunch of other brands but they never compare to Samsung's continuous innovation. A big display for such a small phone. Camera is so good, processor is really fast!!!
