Great Phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone is so great, I switched from iPhone and Apple Watch, to the S10 and Samsung Galaxy Active Watch. Some many features for customization. The wireless charging is great for the free Ear Buds I got for pre-ordering. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new phone.

It was a great phone in the beginning

Unfortunately, the last update from Samsung in May ruined my battery life. I went from never having to charge it during the day to maybe getting 4-5hrs of battery life with it hardly being used, and in 'safe mode'. I feel stuck. I've only had my phone for almost 4months and it constantly needs to be charged. It dies if I'm away from a charger for more than a few hours. Hopefully Samsung gets their act together and fixes things. Not sure what to do. I fee stuck with a lemon.

No indicator light
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the phone is good, but they took away the Blinking indicator light, the one that let you know if the battery is low, or if you have a text or a voicemail just by glancing over... nope not anymore. I don't have time in my day to keep picking up my phone to check it every 2 minutes. So losing that feature drops the phone down to just good. Probably switch to another brand on my next phone, besides a lot of other companies are putting phones just as good as the top two but for 1/2 to a 1/3 of the price.

S8 was better

Haven't even had it a full week and already regret buying this phone. The all day battery is a joke, the Samsung rep they had in the store talked it up saying he watched videos all day and still had plenty of battery. Lie detector test determined that was a lie! I'm on my phone intermittently through the day, no long phone calls, not streaming music or videos, and I close out any apps I use so they aren't running in the background and the battery might last 12 hours. The whole reason I upgraded was the battery in the 8 was slowly deteriorating but I doubt this phone will even last the full 2 years. Oh and the built in screen protector is garbage too.
