Customers praise the Galaxy S10+ for its excellent camera quality, impressive battery life, and large, clear screen. Many also appreciate its ease of use and the ample storage it provides. While some find the price to be high, other criticisms are minor, focusing on the lack of a notification light and the phone's weight.

I moved up from an S7. The change was dramatic.

The crisp clarity of the screen continues to delight. White backgrounds appeared to be painted on using high gloss enamel paint. The cameras are amazing with extreme clarity and several focal length to choose from. Low light shots are a breeze. The high speed of apps and communications is very satisfying. The upgrade is easy because they do it 100% in the store. The functionality is close to the same as the S7, so there is no learning curve.

Definitely a step up from our S7 and S7 edge. Holds a charge all day and great thin but large screen. Love the 3 lens camera!

Needed a new phone due to limited storage on my old one. I love this phone! It was so easy to transfer everything from my old one using Samsung Switch. Battery holds up with a lot of usage. The camera is unbelievable!

If you are looking to upgrade and wanting a phone that has it all look no further. Definitely give this phone a look if you are tired of the same old OS since 2009. The cameras will make you feel like a pro. Just take a look the one I took and I am no pro.

Seriously bought this phone a day before vacation just for the camera. Best decision ever. My pictures are amazing and did better than my DSLR. Going to get them for the entire family!

I recently upgraded from a Galaxy S7 Edge, and the Galaxy S10+ is a huge upgrade! Amazing screen, great camera, tons of storage, snappy performance, and fantastic battery life. Two of the main reasons I traded in my S7 Edge were because of the laggy operation and the poor battery life. But those are no longer problems - the S10+ performs great and can easily go all day without being charged. I oftentimes have my phone unplugged for 18+ hours, but the lowest my battery has ever gotten is 40%. Between the 4,000mAh battery and the 8GB of RAM, the S10+ just powers through everything . This is the first time I've ever splurged for the newest-and-latest phone model, and I'm really glad I did.

Came from a Galaxy S6, which was long past its prime. The main reason I was holding out for the Galaxy S10 was the in display finger printer scanner. It has been working great so far for the first month of use. Battery life is great on this phone. I hardly ever have to plug this thing up now that I have a wireless charging mount in my car, and at home. I don't think the battery has been under 50% since I got the phone. Display is great, phone is fast, camera is pretty good. Really only minor complaint that I have is that there is not a notification light anymore since it has an all screen display. There was no room for the light. So you have to wake up the phone to see if you have any notifications of stuff. That is not to bad really though. That means I am not constantly checking my phone just to find out it is something stupid. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and glad I held out for an S10.

I pre-ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S10+ through Best Buy and Verizon. It was super easy and the phone was linked to my Verizon account so all I had to do was pick it up at the store the day it released, turn it on, and link it to my old Samsung with the included converter and Samsung Switch did the rest! It was automatically set to my account and had its own SIM card and with Samsung Switch all of my contacts, photos, notes, recipes, and even my background was sent to my new phone. The easiest phone switch I have ever done and I didn't have to wait in line at a cell phone store for hours! The Galaxy S10+ is everything they said it'd be, it's super fast, the battery lasts a lot longer, the camera is amazing, it came with a crazy amount of storage, and all of the biometrics and face recognition work perfectly!

Perfect upgrade from S6, S10+ size not an issue

Finally upgraded from S6 and cannot be happier. While you cannot believe all of the hype or commercials, the phone does preform very well. The screen is amazing and speed increase is very noticeable. The fingerprint reader works SO much better, and being able to wake the phone without having to touch other buttons and press the correct screen area is weird at first, but great when you are use to it. The biggest issue I personally have is the lack of a notification LED, as the screen now takes up the entire front with only a cutout for the cameras. There is a function that puts a cool pixel ring around the camera when taking selfies, and word on the street that they will turn that function into a notification replacement (in a future software upgrade). In the meantime, I force the always on display (AOD) to be always active so I can see the notification icons (although they are very dim in bright areas). The cameras take some time to get use to, and my daughter noticed that the Food setting is not as good as previous versions of phone. The wide angle camera is great when you don't have room to back up further. Overall picture quality is very good, although they still need to work on some of the low light processing. Having stereo speakers is great and the sound is good (much better then previous phones, but still does not compete with standalone speakers). But with stereo speakers, when you get alerts or rings, you can put your finger over the bottom speaker to avoid disrupting the quiet room you are in... Also, you do not initially need to buy a screen protector as the S10s come with a factory installed screen protector (a bonus I was unaware of prior to purchase). However, found out that the screen protector can get scratched when I forgot and put my Gear S2 watch in the same pocket as the phone. I bought the OtterBox Symmetry Series Case - Clear when I got the white pearl S10+ to show off the color. Great case, was the most clear compared to others. Already dropped several time and phone is perfect condition. And although the case is not scratch proof, it appears to be very close. However as the case is Very Rigid, it is extremely difficult to get on/off. Very happy with this case. The biggest drawback is the price. But if you can afford it, it's likely the best Android phone (at the moment...)

I recently upgraded from an S7 edge to the S10+ and I can honestly say it was worth it! It's much faster and much more responsive. My S7 edge (which I loved) was starting to have a lot of lag time opening apps and searching the web. The battery was also starting to need charged at least once a day, most the time twice a day. It was sad to put my favorite companion into the electronics graveyard but it was time. My S10+ holds a charge for 1-2 days depending on how much I use it and loads apps and searches almost instantaneously. It comes with an amazing camera too. It's close to professional quality. The screen is much more vivid and the phone in general is much more user-friendly. I would say if you're on the fence of getting an S10 DO IT! You won't regret it!

    Best Cell Phone, Best Screen

The Samsung Galaxy 10+ is truly a great phone. The 128GB Memory is perfect for me to take plenty of pictures and video and to easily document my travels and good times with family and friends. If more memory is needed, there is a slot to add a Micro SD card. I like the way it's easy to operate and how easy it was to setup. The screen is very large and makes it easy to enjoy streaming video and looking at online presentations. With the super clear screen, it almost appears 3D. I am 68 years old and I like the ability to enlarge small print in emails or documents. The battery life is excellent and it charges very quickly with the provided charger. I think this is the perfect cell phone for anyone looking to find a cell phone that does it all!

Let's start with the cons: Bixby and the Bixby button. Both are garbage, and both are pointless. Kids Mode is gone now and replaced with a pay only version. GRRRR!!! Bloatware, although I'm talking about the Verizon bloatware, so I won't deduct a star. Samsung bloat is very minimal now. I genuinely like most of Samsungs offerings except the browser. Outside of those two things, this thing is AWESOME!!! I "might" be inclined to only give it four stars if I purchased it at $1000 like the regular price, but, I was lucky and caught a $300 sale from Best Buy, the best price I've found yet. For $700, this phone is AMAZING! First, the screen is bonkers. It is the same real estate as my last one, but just bigger and better in every way. It is amazing how the screen bleeds from edge to edge in vibrant crystal clear colors. iSheep, eat your heart out. Second, the phone is snappy and nothing like Samsungs of past. It is minimalist, snappy, super fast, and has value added additions to the UI. There is as much RAM in this thing as my travel laptop! The battery lasts forever and charging is beyond fast (PS< fast charger is included!). I've had no issues with the on screen fingerprint scanner. Not sure about others or over time, but as of now, no complaints. The camera is amazing! I think by this point in time, yes, it might be argued that the Pixel takes better pictures, but all of the high end phones have come to such parity that we are splitting hairs. What I genuinely enjoy, however, is having BOTH a wide angle and physical zoom lens. So much more versatility and makes pictures much more crisp when I need those functions as opposed to digital zoom. Overall, top performer, looks future proof, no regrets so far.

I traded in my Note 8 (6GB RAM w/64GB storage)for the S10+ and I have zero regrets. The Note 8 was great but the only thing I have up by switching was the stylus, which I virtually never used and do not miss. Besides that, every spec of the S10+ is as good or better than the Note 8. Compared to that, the S10+ has 30% more RAM, 2x storage, faster CPU clock speed, the same size or just slightly bigger display due to the much thinner bezel, higher resolution cameras, an additional camera lens on both front and back, bigger battery, and somehow also a hair lighter. That's before even mentioning the new and unique features like wireless power sharing. I'm very happy with this upgrade.

I traded in my note 8 for this. I looked at the note 10 but a lack of headphone jack was a deal breaker for me. Sound quality is not the same through bluetooth. The weight of the S10+ is noticably lighter than the note 8. Not a huge deal but I do like having a lighter phone. Overall I feel I could have just kept the Note 8 and been fine. However, since black Friday deal was $450 off plus $125 for trade in I felt it was worth the upgrade: Better cameras. Will get software updates for 2 years. More battery capacity. Faster processor and more storage space. I do miss the S-pen sometimes but I'll get over it.
