I'll be adding another 128 micro SD in the near future. Phone comes with screen saver installed from the manufacturer. Don't peel it off like I did thinking it was protective plastic. I wish the BB employee would have told me about it instead of trying to sell me one.

Love the phone, not the contract

At the time, best buy did not offer any kind of yearly upgrade unless the phone was paid off. T-mobile or verizon offer the galaxy forever plan. Other than that i have had my galaxy s10+ for years & its been a good phone other than one hiccup of no service issues.

I up graded from an S8 to the S10+ and am happy with the move the battery last all day.. at least 12 plus hours before I need to recharge. Also happy with the factory screen protector.. now just over a month of use and still looks great.

My Apple loving children hate the photos but I think they trun out great and love the motion picture! The size is a big to get used to though. I have to have the pop up holder or a ring to grasp it but overall I love the display! The battery is amazing! I can use my phone quite a lot, even YouTube, Netflix and just watching movies I put on it besides normal internet/messaging and still have battery left.

What was the especially surprising was the wonderful sound quality. The only thing I'm not so crazy about is the edge display. But that's a general Samsung design, it seems. And come to think of it, it is awfully expensive. But on its merits alone, I think the phone is top-notch.

I believe that the galaxy is alot more simplified and user friendly. Ease of phone calls and texting. And I absolutely love this phone and all the new features. The wide angle selfie. The wireless power share. Expandable memory and storage. Its the best phone yet!

We went back the next day and he helped set up all of our phones. He was a patient, courteous and very thorough. We will recommend Best Buy to our friends looking for a new Samsung Galaxy.
