Owned this product for over a year and half. Best phone I've ever owned. Samsung makes a quality product at a fair price and good reliability. Absolutely have had no issues in over 15 mos of owning.

Bigger screen, easy to use, much better clarity over previous model. Finger ID is bit weak, but can always sweep for access. Overall extremely happy with purchase.

The only problem I have encountered is that it seems to loose files on the mini-SD memory card, but that may be a problem with the the card, not the phone. I'll be changing the memory card soon to see if that fixes it.

Works great no problems so far. Updates alot and it doesn't give you a choice to not update. Fast loading of apps, holds a charge quite well. Picture quality is very good, crisp and clear bright colors.

This phone has a great camera but I prefer iPhones

I love this phone. I was apprehensive about the cut out for the camera but I actually love it. There are so many great features and I haven't really found a fault. I even dropped it in the pool once and it's been completely fine.

I've had this phone for a while now. I've really liked it. No issues and has withheld very well against drops. I like the camera features and has very good camera quality. Loud speakers make watching movies extra fun.

My favorite phone i have ever had. I dont even want to upgrade because this phone doesn't need it! Samsung is a reliable product and best buy has the best value!!!!!!!! Team had great knowledge

Bought this as a gift for my wife to upgrade from her S8+ which was cracked. Since it is the unlocked version, all I had to do was transfer sim cards and it was good to go! Wireless charging feature is also a plus!

Great phones, was happy with it and screen held up well. No problems with it. I handed it down to my son when I got the note 20 ultra. Big mistake. I wish i had kept it.

Had some issues at launch when Snapchat wasn't up to date. Now it runs fine, don't send people videos over messenger. If you get the unlocked version, you cannot use the video call feature via messenger anymore.

Solid phone, never had any issues and I've had it for 1.5 years now. Drop it all the time with a minimalist case on and it has not cracked yet, knock on wood hah.

1. Heats up during hot weather, faster than my old 200 smartphone. 2. Camera is a little animated (oversaturates and smoothness skin even if you don't choose beautify option) But overall it's fast and reliable

Between Galaxy S5 and S10+, I took a hiatus of 3 years. I am so glad I am back on Samsung Galaxy flagship phone S10+. Easy to use, love the fact that it comes with screen protector, great multiple cameras and sharp screen.

I love everything about this phone. Though I bought it for my wife as a gift for her birthday, it made me fall in love with Samsung phones. I just bought a S20 Ultra 5G for myself 4 months after.

My only complaint is with the new on-screen fingerprint sensor. It seems a good bit slower than the one on the S9. Accurate and efficient, just a little slow. Beyond that l love this phone. I set the screen to it's max resolution and it's gorgeous. I'm not a gamer but I use my phone as my only internet access now, and the S10 Plus has me not missing my PC at all.

I have been a fan of samsung since s3. Just upgraded from s7 edge to s10+. Absolutely love this phone. The dual speaker with dolby atmos make watching anything great!

It's the best phone I have ever had. However it was pretty disappointing that they got rid of the iris scanner and now you have to use the normal Android face recognition that we already known that it is pretty unsafe.

Great quality phone has large screen and beautiful picture quality. Loads of storage and functions. Camera has great picture quality. Does everything you could want a phone to do. Very satisfied with my purchase.
