It has not operated correctly from day one but, being that we were unable to return to a Best Buy till day 16, they were so sorry that they could not help. They tried reprogramming, and even had a geek squad guy try who couldn't even help the situation. They at least offered to refund the money, but now you have to pay a higher price for the exact phone. Tried my Elite Plus concierge phone number, but that was a joke. Tired of paying good money for inadequate products and services.
