    Purchased a Samsung S10 thinking I have purchased the best phone for my retirement travel and a job that requires excellent GPS service. Samsung has acknowledged and also the company employees at SILVERDALE BRANCH HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THERE IS A GPS PROBLEM WITH THIS PHONE! This has cost me a lot of money with my job and travel losing locations and you can imagine all the rest. The Samsung and Bestbuy in Silverdale acknowledging that there is a problem, why weren't customers contacted and taken care of , because of this very problematic system problem in the phone. I spent too much time with tech support for Best buy, different apps, YouTube advice but nothing would fix the GPS on this phone. With this Covid-19 a lot of customers are having problems with family members or others being sick or incapacitated, I exceeded the time period by 2 weeks which is my fault but should be acknowledged during these trying time's. just letting all know make sure your GPS in this phone is working correctly before your exchange period is exceeded:)

    i want to like this phone. The battery is great, screen is crystal clear, and it's very fast. But, it's full of garbage programming i cant seem to make go away. For example, you have to swipe to get the lock pattern to come up, but if you swipe left this prompt to set up some dynamic background thing comes up. And you cant ever make swiping left not bring that up... and if i get another notification about the samsung cloud, I might smash this thing... Im so tired of the inescapable location sharing, social media tagging, cloud saving bug brother garbage.... its enough to make me get a flip phone....

    My entire home is filled with Samsung products and this is my 6-7th Samsung phone. My last phone was the S9 Plus, which was a pretty decent phone. However, my new Samsung S10 Plus is not what I expected... The fingerprint reader is HORRIBLE!! The S9 Plus had it's fingerprint reader on the back near the camera, which was SOOO much better than the new S10 plus. It takes forever sometimes to open to use. I'm not a laborer, my fingerprint is not screwed up in anyway that could "throw off" the fingerprint reader either. Navigating with this new phone is much harder than the S9 Plus as well. . With the S9 Plus, not only was it a fingerprint reader, you could also use it to scroll as well. I was under the impression that being an Elite Member with Best Buy, that I had 30 to return if I didn't like it, I was wrong, as it's only 14 days for phones. Now I'm stuck with a phone that I DO NOT like at all. I'd love to hear someone's recommendations besides being charged several hundred dollars to switch phone. I sure hope that Samsung listens to their customers to make appropriate changes/upgrades to their products. I'm sorry that I used my hard earned money to "upgrade" to the S10 Plus

    Missing screen protector

    Everything seems to be okay with the phone so far. But in the box it came in there was a note saying that it included a glass screen protector, there was no screen protector included.

    Galaxy 10 Plus... nice stream line . Pretty easy to figure out. Somewhat disappointed in battery life.. is not holding charge like was presented. Just got phone ill give it a few days.

    Camera is the only good feature , am unable to sync my Hue lights with this phone , probably returning this overpriced device.
