I have 6 Samsung phones on my account. This is my 3rd S10+ with data connection issues. Samsung customer service is maddening and take at least 2 weeks without a phone to solve problems.

Not impressed, lots of issues and lags a lot. I ended up trading it for a One Plus

Battery doesn't last long apart from the phone doesn't have any other problem

Just an average phone. Not worth the high price tag. Should have waited for the note 10.

I recently purchased a galaxy s10 plus unlocked open box which was geek squad certified " allegedly" once i got the device found out that it had a bad camera and motherboard went to best buy and tbey redirected me to Samsung were my issue was fixed .. But what a headache i believe the phone should have been checked better before reselling it

it was good but can be better. build quality and display of device is top notch

I paid $1000 foe this phone and Samsung still pushes its own ads with no way to disable them. I have every notification disabled except for a couple apps where I use the notifications but I still get Samsung ads across my phone. Some times its once a month or once a day for Samsung phones, TV, fridges or whatever other shjt I have no interest in buying. I saw posts that its gotten worse on their new models. This will probly be my last samsung phone. I'll probly get an Asus since Apple products malfunction.

Just bought this phone and it says headset included but when i got this phone i received no headset. On top of that i called best buy and they said they will give me 25 dollars gift card to keep me silent. Then i decided to return the phone because of that issue and then they charged me 50 dollars for opening the phone fee. Absolute Ripoff

But will give it 3stars, downloads and uploads were super horrible!

I have ordered new Samsung galaxy s10+, and when I picked, the box was open, and one of the employee told me that it just come off due to heat. The voice is not good during calls. I wanted to return it, it is asking me for 45$ restocking fee. However, there is problem with the Phone. Don’t know what to do. Employees behavior is so bad when u call them.

I think this is a very expensive devise to have the problems and bugs that it has. The thing that bothers me the most is how bad the fingerprint reader is -.- plus the guaranty for cellphones at BestBuy sucks. Bad experience overall. Go with an iPhone instead.

not sure yet. seems to have lots of kinks to work out that are bothersome. i am trying to work with tech supprt. touch screen is not always responsive and same foes for voice recognition,

I used apple iPhone for years but decided to give android a try. Huge mistake. Most of the apps seem to require access to contacts, photos, microphone, etc. and if not granted will not work. Should have known that a Google product would have no respect for any privacy. I have not yet spent hours trying to figure out how this phone works but do know it is not intuitive like Apple products are. The camera is great but doesn't make up for all the other shortcomings.

Never buy samsung phones Freezes frequently. Recommend iPhone over android phones.

Doesn't work with sprint. It's a brick. Samsung won't replace, sprint can't fix

I hated this phone. I prefer a standard Android function like the Motorola's or Google phones. This one had too many differences that made it frustrating to learn to use. And there is nothing about it that can justify the price tag.
