We had nothing but issues with this phone not sending MMS texts (pictures and group texts) and sometimes even calls. Found out that the unlocked version (As of April 2019) does not work well with AT&T. As a side note, returned it and got the AT&T s10+ and it works GREAT.

If you only want to post pictures online with wi-fi this phone is GREAT! But once you’re only using your service provider ie. Sprint (and even verizon) this phone does not catches any signal.

the phone has not been set up correctly so I had to take it to Verizon. Where everything g was done over. Now the volume does not work properly it been totally upse/ti g and its no ones fault its life.

All phones now its the same garbage always company want money for garbage products

The phone lasted two weeks and now Samsung is telling me to send it in for service. I should have stuck with an iphone.

I purchased this phone when it was first released for our oldest brother on his birthday. You wouldn't believe me if I told you he still has it to this day. It still functions great and works perfectly. After my brother, I even bought it for my mom, and she hasn't needed to change it until now. This phone is the ultimate gift for your loved ones.

I was due for an upgrade from my old Nexus 6P that was on its last legs after three years. Boy, is this an upgrade. I was debating between getting the Flamingo Pink and the Prism White color way, and I'm glad I went with the latter. It's striking, and not your ordinary flat, cold white, as the color shifts between blue, green and pink in certain lighting. Samsung is the best in the business in terms of screens, and the screen on the S10+ is no exception. The Dynamic AMOLED panel is precisely that. The hole punch camera cutout doesn't bother me at all; I took to it immediately. I'm actually liking One UI, to the point where I don't feel the need to use Nova Prime. You can tweak and customize your phone to your heart's content with Galaxy Store. Good Lock is a definite must get, as is the "Softkey Edge". It's only been two days, but as a lighter user, I'm happy that this phone literally sips battery, especially overnight, thanks to the Snapdragon 855 and the optimized OS. This is with my screen set to max resolution and 25% brightness indoors. And outdoors, what a joy it is to have a screen that you can actually see in direct sunlight! Lastly, thank you, Samsung, for still keeping the headphone jack on your phones audio through the included headset is great, especially with Dolby Atmos enabled, and the ability to personalize your own sound profile. My music sounds great. The only negative I have to point out is thankfully not with the phone itself. When my phone arrived at my door and I took it out of the packaging, I noticed that the seal on the phone box itself, wasn't the same seal that I've seen on other retail boxes for the S10 phones. My particular unit had a piece of clear tape as a seal, and it was broken on arrival. I'm not sure if Best Buy will address this somehow, but I did find it concerning, Overall, great job, Samsung!

I loved the phone. I always loved iPhone. But I'm glad I preordered s10+ from best buy. This phone is just awesome. Camera, battery life, performance. Everything is top notched.

I have using this phone for 3 years and i really love it.

The phone is going strong and still working after 3 years. Great that Samsung still provide constant firmware and android updates.

Purchased it on Open Box after Christmas for $550. AT&T wanted to charge me $1000, broken over 30 convenient payments to "upgrade" from my broken S8. Going from an S8, the phone is fast, battery lasts a heck of a lot longer, and the screen has stunning picture quality. Most days I don't need to charge the phone, unlike my S8 that required 2-3 charges per day. Make sure you Activate it with the carrier though as WiFi calling won't be an option otherwise.
