Charger cord does not work, no warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $1000 for a cell phone and the charger won't stay in to charge. Fingerprint works 50% of time. Gets 1 star only because it is faster.

Not what I thoughg its going to be

Since when do we backwards and the Akg headphones that the phone comes with an terrible. Whoever designed them should be fired, they are uncomfortable and stay in.

This is the worst Samsung phone I have ever seen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are a lot of issues coming with a new phone. 1.The proximity sensor issues. The phone screen is accidentally turning on during the calls, when the phone is on your ear/face/. You should press each time on the power button to turn off the screen, even though it again turns on accidentally after 2-3 minutes talking. So the screen is getting hot and uses more battery. Also, when the phone is in your pocket, it makes accidentally calls by itself 2. The finger print unlock issues . You should press on the finger print to unlock the phone from different - different angles. It does not recognize it is from first attempt. 3. There is no notification led lights on the top of the screen anymore. So, you will not notice if your phone is charging or get fully charged when you plug your into the power charger. Also you will not notice if someone called or messaged you, or if you received emails etc. * I already purchased 5-6 new Galaxy s10 & 10 plus devices from different stores like T-Mobile, AT&T etc. All of them had the same issues I mentioned below. Also, I sent the phones to Samsung repair center, but they couldn't fix it (the proximity sensor issues) and sent me back the phone with the issues.

Review on the packaging and shipping
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received my Samsung S10+ and the packaging was terrible! No bubble wraps to protect my phone! They just through my phone that it's inside the original small box inside another big box without any bubble wraps so the phone was moving around in transit, bouncing inside this huge box! No matter which shipping carrier you use to deliver your products, nothing can prevent those inevitable bumps or accidental drops as something gets transported from Point A to Point B so you will need to bubble wrap. You risk spending a little more time to bubble wraps, will result in more customer returns and product replacements due to damaged goods and losing valuable customer loyalty. I'm very disappointed in you Best Buy that you knew better to pack people purchased better than just throwing inside a box without any bubble wraps for protections! It's not cheap stuff! I also purchased a plastic phone cover but yeah you put bubble wraps on that!!!!! Make no sense at all! I will NOT be purchasing anything from Best Buy online! Horrible lazy people working!

Worst phone I've owned

The galaxy s10+ is the worst phone I've ever owned. It is supposed to be the most technologically advanced phone yet accept when it comes to actually doing anything. My wife who has the S9 can be sitting next to me with perfect signal and meanwhile my "awesome" s10 has no signal at all. On top of never having signal it is slow to respond to touch it lags it even takes 15 min to download the most basic apps yes even when connected to wifi. I will never make the mistake of purchasing another android device. If you want quality go to iPhone. I dont even use my s10 anymore I just switched back to my iPhone 7 and it works 10× better than the s10

Good paper weight

Went from S6 to this and feel like I traded down. I really regret this purchase and will more than likely never buy another Samsung phone again.
