||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this phone a year and a half and although I like the phone's OS and functionality I am deeply disappointed with Samsung's tech support. I went to their website and submitted a concern online before my phone was out of warranty. The email reply indicated I contacted the wrong department. I was given a link that sent me to the area where I sent my original request. My complaint or concern was even with the phone having a screen protector and and case I discovered the screen had a crack in the corner. I had a S5 for 5 years and never had any issues. It seems like the quality and integrity of the product diminished.
