Wont respond to charging or hard resetting. I have been shuffled between Samsung and Best Buy for support. Unhappy and not satisfied.

You do not get all the features that you would with a carrier. The battery does not last long and the camera isn't as good as all the reviews say it is. If I could I would return it. It has been a waste of good money for me.

But this is a great phone nonetheless. It has a great camera, great battery life. Nice display. I loved this phone and probably would have still had it if i hadn't lost it.

Didn't buy warranty so I'm out of money. It had a huge case on too. Would not recommend this fragile piece of garbage to anyone. It was on wood..falling from a pocket literally squating on the floor so it fell from 12 inches..

Phone stopped Working after 6 months

In the beginning of June it sarted to malfunction. There was no physical damage to the phone. It doesn't want to turn on anymore.
