    Not sure if its due to being an open box purchase but it is glitchy.. shuts down,locks up. Apps don't always fu cation properly. Poor service reception.

    The phone is fine. But, the built-in screen protector didn't last more than few months and it is not covered by any warranty.

    The phone is great but the down side is the battery sucks dies real quick specially when I need the gps for 5 hours.

    Phone Bricked in 1 Month

    Bought this phone March 8th. Bricked last night. Not responsive to anything. Wont respond to charging or hard resetting. I have been shuffled between Samsung and Best Buy for support. Unhappy and not satisfied.

    expensive piece of just no one can explain why my phone tweeking samsung wont me to take it to there local repair and SEND IT IN TO SAMSUNG if repair shop cant fix it BUT PART IS YOU ARE 'WITHOUT" A PHONE AGAIN FOR A WEEK OR TWO

    I will never buy an unlocked phone from here. You do not get all the features that you would with a carrier. The battery does not last long and the camera isn't as good as all the reviews say it is. If I could I would return it. It has been a waste of good money for me.

    A great phone. There has been some upgrades since that are definitely worth it. But this is a great phone nonetheless. It has a great camera, great battery life. Nice display. I loved this phone and probably would have still had it if i hadn't lost it.

    Updates ruin it it is now a paper wieght that does the opposite of what you want it to do and everyone controls it but the owner

    Not truly unlock.It was working fine with StraightTalk. Switched service to Visible and it is not compatible anymore. Money wasted

    Dropped it once 2 weeks into having it and the screen turned black..couldn't use anything. Didn't buy warranty so I'm out of money. It had a huge case on too. Would not recommend this fragile piece of garbage to anyone. It was on wood..falling from a pocket literally squating on the floor so it fell from 12 inches..

    Not happy with purchase. It speaker sounds like I'm in a bottle or something. Very disappointed in my purchase and too late for best buy to make it right It was a graduation present for my college degree

    Phone stopped Working after 6 months

    I bought this phone at the end of December. In the beginning of June it sarted to malfunction. There was no physical damage to the phone. It doesn't want to turn on anymore.
