We became a Samsung smart phone family years ago. Almost every phone upgrade for years has been a galaxy, or galaxy note, and we haven't found anything worthy to break that cycle for. The prism blue is a beautiful color, and my wife and mother in law both chose this color. The never pick the same color! Sleek and smooth, it feels great in your hands. The features are deep, and I'd you want to maximize the capabilities, you'll need to sit down and take some time to customize it to your needs. Sling that takes it from a great device, to an amazing device!

The phone works great, Great graphics for games I play to pass the time, Great camera (more cameras then I really know how to use still ), etc. My only problem is that the edge notifications dont work with facebook messenger... (instead of the blinking light on the old phones for notification it gets edge graphics which as super awesome) and considering I really only use FB messenger to talk to people anymore it's useless to me and therefore a huge disappointment. As for the staff at Best Buy where I got it, 5stars! Super helpful and nice!

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7, so this was quite a leap in functions for me. I don't trade in my phone often as some do because I just get used to how my phone works, so it has to be worth it for me to switch. I really love this phone. I have had it a while, and while I do keep it in a case, it still is a pretty durable phone after dropping several times, getting it wet, dropped on rocks and mud outside. It will probably be another 3 years before I part with this one. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

No matter which carrier you use, the Galaxy S10 has it ALL. I would give it all 5 stars except 1) I'm waiting for samsung to tweak it a bit with upcoming software updates, and 2) I'm miffed that samsung made an uneccesary change to the port -- it now requires a special new charging cable - meaning all of the micro USB cables I own are now obsolete (for my phone) & I had to buy all new "special" ones for the S 10. The new technology could've still worked with the micro USB size cables, but nope, samsung had to pull an Apple move on that. Other than those 2 minor issues, get ready for one heckuva phone. (Best Buy should offer in-store Galaxy S 10 set-up courses because this one is unlike ALL of its predecessors. But once you're set-up... WOW!) PS... We got THREE of them for the family during one of Best Buy's fabulous promos. :)

I am really enjoying this phone after upgrading from the Galaxy 8. Quick speed and easy move through screens and apps. I had hoped it would hold a charge for a full day, but I do use my phone for music and gaming, so I understand why it doesn't. I am a huge fan of Galaxy phones and this one is no different.

This phone is wonderful. I was new to a Smart phone for only 2 years before getting this and started on the low end (Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse) just to become familiar. I am so glad I did as it gave me a far better appreciation for this phone. So many options and picture taking is fabulous! I never have enjoyed a phone as much!
