We are a Samsung phone family. This was purchased as a Christmas present for my wife and has been exceptional. It was easy to transfer everything from her old phone to the new one. The phone was easy to set up for her and begin using. Great phone all around. The camera is phenomenal.

Upgraded from Galaxy S8. Like that the screen is not as curved as previous models so I won't be fighting with curved screen protectors anymore which sometimes affected touch sensitivity. It came with one pre-installed which was nice. I love that Samsung changed the fingerprint sensor from back of phone to front on the screen itself. Before, the sensor was located near the camera lens so you always got a warning when you would take photos that your lens was dirty or smudged (of course it was, since your fingerprints were all over it! Lol) Also LOVE that I can now charge my Galaxy smart watch via the back of my phone with Wireless Power Share when I travel and forget my watch charger. This is my 3rd Samsung phone and I prefer them over the IPhone as the androids do so much more. If you are looking for simplicity, get an IPhone but if you want customization, get the Galaxy S10. I downgraded the value as I think ALL smartphones are grossly overpriced. I mean really, a grand for a Galaxy or an IPhone? I guess we are paying for all that new technology!

Love the phone so far. Still learning the many features and capabilities. Very fast and responsive. Camera quality isn't bad. Purchased the phone for my mother to replace an old Droid Turbo. So far, so good. As long as the durability is good in the long run, it should be a great phone.

I love my new S10. Traded in my S9 (which I loved too) on it. Great deal through Best Buy and I couldn't pass it up. Majority of all the options work just like my S9. Camera is even better in low light and I thought my S9 did a good job. Pretty much the same size as my prior phone.

Still getting things set up. Love that the phone stays charged all day. Dont have to worryabout carrying a charger with me for fear of needing a charge. Z lot if updates I am still getting through. Phone is lighter than my old phone. Firs nicely in my pocket.

I picked up a blue one, and they were running a deal that allowed my wife to upgrade for free and not have to pay to get this phone. It's not just a white color, it changes color depending on the angle you view it from. Like a pearl with rainbow change holographic hue. Works great.

This is my third Samsung Galaxy S series phone throughout the years. I keep each two years and then upgrade. In general I love these phones and would highly recommend them. This recent purchase is an S10. I love the size as even with a thin case on it I can fit it into a small crossbody purse and dance the night away! The only thing I don't like is that the camera doesn't focus well on closeups. I need to check to see if there is something I can do.

Had a bit of a wait to get the phone set up. Good thing I had the best buy team help with that. Overall enjoy the phone. A little smaller than my old one, so I'm glad I didnt buy the s10e. The cameras take wonderful pictures. Still learning how to get the hang of the panorama camera.

Just purchased the S10 and have been very happy so far. One of the best things about it is the battery seems to be very strong. Some of of the things I liked about my S7 are still there but Samsung has clearly upgraded the capabilities. Really enjoying the phone so far.

The phone is easy to use. I had some trouble learning how to use the phone as I was switching from and iPhone. I had to learn to "swipe" vs "tap" which I was used to. It also took some time to figure out how to clear notifications. But seems to be going OK now.

It works well and it is easy to use. The functions on these phone make it a great performer.

it's a very great quality phone, got this upgrade since my last phone keeps disconnecting from the internet. not sure i really like the curved screen, keep accidentally swiping-off from the app i have opened, but with the protector case on, it's not a problem any more

Love, love the Samsung Galaxy S10! The upgrade from the 8 to the 10 was a smooth transition and I appreciate all of the product improvements as well as the amazing camera. In fact have now converted another family member to make the switch to Samsung!

Has great picture quality, phone calls are clear, and no problems with connections. I have very basic use for my phone, so I don't need something special. I did switch to this from another phone from a fruit named company. I can say I enjoy this phone much more.

Was time for an upgrade but could not afford the latest and greatest so I went for the next level down which is the Galaxy S10. Definitely more affordable than the S20 but it has all the features i need and then some. Feel really good about my decision!

I am Samsung loyal (phones, tablets, Chromebook) so this was the logical choice. Best Buy employees did a wonderfully seamless job in the transfer from old to new. My old Samsung still worked great, if a little slow compared to new models. But I will keep it as a spare.

I get a new Samsung phone every 2 years or so. Each time the camera gets a little bit better. Not this time. This phone camera is in a league of it's own!!! Can't wait to use it on vacation this summer. Thanks Samsung

I got the phone for my daughter - she had a Galaxy S6 that was working fine but the Black Friday prices were too hard to resist since she is a little tough on her phones. It looks amazing and no problems with voice, wifi, or speed. happy with the purchase.

After being an LG devote for some time, I finally switched to the S10. Compared to my now aged LG G6, this phone has had excellent battery life. The phone is responsive and works well, I do not have delays and slow performance that I was accustomed to with my G6.

My mom was in need of an upgrade from her Galaxy S7 and this phone was the perfect upgrade! She loves it, especially the great photos that it takes. We would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade. It was on sale for $300 off, which helped as well!
