Samsung S10. You already know the great value and easy use of owning such a phone from such a great company. Huge upgrade over my S6 edge, which was still running like a champion at time of purchase of this S10. Decided it was time for an upgrade to my life.

Love android phones, this is my first samsung and I love it. My prior cell was LG6, and that was a good phone however the camera and clarity on this one blows that LG away. Very happy with my purchase. I waited for a Verizon deal, best buy was the best way to go

Nice light weight phone. Easy to use. Camera is great but was a little difficult to figure out the zoom.

This phone is a wonderful upgrade for those that have a S8 or S9. The inscreen finger print reader is really cool, but does take some getting used to. Battery is similar to s8, maybe an hour more or so on average. Cameras are another world though so good.

By far best Samsung Galaxy to date. Have had Galaxy 1, 3, 5, 7 edge and now 10. Phone took a couple if days to get used to and set up the way I wanted, but once I took time, was extremely happy with phone. Camera is best camera yet. Highly recommend.

Love this phone and the cameras. I had a Galaxy s7 Edge. I brought it in and the upgrade to the 10s was made very simple by Best Buy. They moved all of my data from my old phone to the new phone. All my apps were intact and the upgrade has been amazing.

Bought this gift for my Father. He loves it. He has been on Blackberries for the longest time. Slowly getting into the advanced smartphone category. I have heard zero complaints and the pictures he sends are crystal clear...must be a great camera as well.

My S-10 is really a leap forward in technology for cell phones. What doesn't it do? I haven't discovered that yet. Clean design, forward thinking device that is easy to use every day. If you take the time to work with it the phone can be personalized just for you.

I upgraded my Galaxy S6 to the S10 and am still learning what this new phone can do. Not a fan of Bixby (its intrusive) so I'm trying to eliminate it. Everything works great although I don't care for the choices for ringtones or notifications.. loved the bottle cap for text notification on the 6 that's not available on the 10. The camera is great and this phone pairs easily with all my bluetooth audio.

Time for an update and this is a great phone with all the best features. I have been buying Samsung for the past 5 years or so. The tech support personnel are great and helped us set up the phone and synch a wearable to the phone right at the store.

ans compared to my old LG phone it is much faster and has many screens which can be confusing. Consumer Reports recommended this phone. The only oddity with this phone was that the back symbol was in the lower left hand corner and was pointed to the left.

I have had 3 Samsung Galaxy's prior to the S10. This is my first one without the hard button, which worried me a bit. Now that I have had the phone for a week I dont miss the hard button. I still love that this phone has the expandable memory, which I think is the beat feature of the phone and differentiates it from competitors. I realize that my next phone, however, may not have this option. The screen resolution is amazing and the different camera features is awesome. Samsung is a great product, I would never purchase an Apple product. Even my wife thinks the camera is superior to the Apple products. What's funny is she just had to purchase a new company phone and they use Samsung. She got the S10 Note and LOVES IT! She might switch from her personal Apple phone. Just buy the S10, dont think about it to much, you will be very happy!

This is a great upgrade from the S6. Sleek design, easy to use, and everything transferred over - including apps/photos/etc. Grateful for the help of Duane at Best Buy who explained the different features so I could pick the best match for me.

I choose my phone based on the quality of the camera. I get great photos with this phone as well as good phone connections and hotspot use.

upgraded from a Samsung S7 Edge. Screen size was the same so I was able to use the old Spigen case temporarily until my new case arrived. Camera and buttons didn't match up. The S10 runs noticeably faster when switching between apps or opening a new app. I'm looking forward to the camera but haven't used it much yet so can't comment. So at this time only 4 stars.

Have had the Samsung for my last phone too (8+). Great camera, sound and performance.

Super slippery, get a case quick. New fingerprint reader is as bad as the old one for those with working hands. Turned it off the first week. Learned Iris scan is no more, so I went with face recognition, really fast, secure? IDK. Phone is better typing than the 9 and nice picture. Fast on a 4g connection, see how 5g is when set up.

Our S5 were getting I won't say old, but replaced the battery in both of them and I noticed we were charging them more the way we used them. Yes the S10 are a good up grade to say the least. I'll admit at first I though I made a mistake, screen size different, no physical home button and yes I did the research on them, but at the time who remembers that research. If you want to find out just how good this phone is " YOU TUBE" to find out what the phone can do. First thing I did was put a power button on it so I didn't have to use the Samsung power button. You Tube walked me through it. If you tube isn't your thing download the user guide to your computer and go that way. Gave Ease of Use a rating of good because it's going to take me some time to figure out just what this phone can do and if it will benefit me.

I originally had a Galaxy Core Prime and it was time to upgrade. Due to a good sale, I choose the Galaxy S10. What an improvement. Lots of new features, side-to-side screen and all in a package that wasn't much bigger than my old phone.
