After much research and price looking best buy had the best price. Decided to get it and we'll worth it. Camera works amazing and the phone is very light. Worth the buy.

This is quite a nice change from my S5! Still figuring out features but I do like it. Caught a great Black Friday sale, as I would advise never to pay full price for a phone.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S7 Edge. I'm very happy with this phone. The S7 Edge was too Busy. This phone is fast, Great storage. My associate at Best Buy was exceptional! My wife is next.

I've recently upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S8 and this phone is a huge improvement over that. The camera looks great and the fingerprint scanner on the main screen is very convenient.

I couldn't be happier with the phone. A little over a week and I am still finding amazing features. The camera is unreal. I've paid $3k for cameras that can't do what this phone does.

My wife's phone. She loves it, it works better than her old one. It has some features also that her old one did not have that she likes. It takes really nice pictures also.

Like to phone and the size of it. Was cheaper at Best Buy than Verizon store. In and out within 30 minutes with phone and accessories.

Was exactly what I was looking for. The camera on this phone is awesome to say the least. The only problem I have with it is that it sometimes turns itself on when in my pocket.

A great phone IMO. Handles well. Good battery life in my, as yet, limited experience. Only caveat for me is the print display, but working on making it more easily readable/seeable.

My S7E quit being a phone and decided to identify as a brick. Verizon wanted $29 + per month for the S10, Best Buy less than $18. Received it promptly and love the phone.

Went in to Best Buy to upgrade my son's and my older Samsung Galaxy smartphone. I love the new features and the deal we got from Best Buy and Verizon.

I've only had the phone for just over a week. Love the cameras and options for their use. The fingerprint unlock feature is pretty cool and saves time. My last phone was a Galaxy 8.

Great device....I've only had it for a month or so but I am enjoying and still learning the features. I upgraded from the S6 Edge....so it's been a while but I like the phone.

I upgraded from a note and so far I love it. The camera features are amazing and the picture quality is great. I have yet to explore all the phone features but so far I love it.

All the features you need in the palm of your hand. Compared to other phones it seems small but large screen is awesome. Obvious why this is their flagship phone.

I upgraded from a galaxy s6 to the s10. I thought it would take a while to adjust but it wasnt hard at all! I love all the camera features! Takes amazing quality photos!

My experience with the Best Best Associates was above and beyond. Lise at the Rochester location took very good care of me! I did not have a good experience getting my first smart phone 5 years ago at Verizon. Found out in May after I lost 5 years of photos on my phone that my back up reset button was never turned on nor a Google account created. Important things to know when you sell an older person their first smart phone. Great crew at best buy!

Really like this phone and its features. The wide screen makes it easier to see the full picture.

This latest version of the Galaxy series lives up to the hype. It has every feature I could want. It exceeds Apple's top-of-the-line iPhone 11 for hundreds less.

Very satisfied with this phone overall. Fingerprint reader definitely needs improvement though, so I quit using that and opted for a PIN. Takes great pictures!
