This phone is good in every way but if the S10 plus was smaller I would have purchased that for the extra camera abilities... I won't miss that though. This was a good buy at $200 off!

The phone only comes with quick start docs. You will have to go to the Samsung web site to get the full how-to documentation. The only thing that I didn't like right away was that there is no LED for notifications. There are ways to get the right programs by going to the Galaxy store or the Play Store. The one in the Samsung store is simple to set up, but notifications only show in one color where-as the one from Play Store will help show different colors for different notifications. I like this phone, but takes some getting used too.
