Great Phone/ Poor Customer Service

The initial activation failed and when I brought it in to the Best Buy store, they were unable to help me. The only thing they could do was sell me a new sim card for $25 and hope that worked. I declined, since a new sim card was included in the purchase, and paying $25 extra was not going to happen. I took it to a Verizon store and they fixed it right away, without charging me a dime. It would have been nice if the place I bought it from would have fixed it instead of me having to go to Verizon.
