Love everything about this new phone. Had heard great things and planned to purchase from the Verizon store until doing some research and finding out that the overall cost of this was $100 cheaper at Best Buy than from Verizon. Which ends up costing me about $5/month less on my contract. Highly recommend this amazing phone for anyone.

I'm sure it's a great phone but when Best Buy tech takes the installed screen protector off the same night they activate it, just to prove a point, and you wake up the next morning to see your brand new phone screen is cracked, it's a no go for me! I wish I had been with him when that happened because it wouldn't have! I purchased this as a Christmas gift last year during a special deal but wow, this has to be the most fragile screen on a phone I've ever seen. It's now really cracked and almost unusable. Best Buy was absolutely no help even though they should have explained that they were taking off the only screen protection the phone had. He bought an Otterbox at the very same time the phone was activated but to not make it out of the parking lot before it slides in between the seats and gets what looks like a "gash" in the screen seems crazy. When it happened he went back in and that's when they took the screen protector off to prove to him it wasn't a crack!! Wrong, there sure was a crack when he looked at the phone the next morning and no other drops or incidents occurred! I've read many forums about others with the same phone or similar model in the S10 series that have cracked their screens with no drops or incidents so obviously too fragile. My S7 looks new but it has an Otterbox on it with the built in screen protector on it which they had to stop making due to Samsung's odd idea of designing phones w/curved screens!

Great phone. Meets all expectations. Easy to use and transfer data from previous phone. Good value.
