Switched over from iPhone. Long time apple user and still use other apple products but did not have any problems switching. I like that you can customize the phone more with Galaxy and that it works great with Google apps. Great promotion for Memorial Day with Verizon and the phone was cheaper than the new iPhone by $100 or so.

Always happy with my Samsung phones. I didn't think the S8 needed improvement but once I got the S10 it was amazing how much technology has improved with this phone. Excellent improvement with the safety features

I had the galaxy 6 and had been putting off my upgrade for a long time. Unfortunately my phone became inoperable and after shopping around, best buy had the best price on the s10. It is such a great phone and it was so nice that best buy could activate it and do everything in store for me. Highly recommended!

I've had my new phone for like a week and I'm still trying to learn how to use it lol. I always had the galaxy phones then the last one I got was the iPhone 7 and was not a fan but I stuck it out for 2 years now I'm back!!!! I'm really loving this new galaxy s10. I just need to learn everything and get use to all this again :)

Purchased during Black Friday week sale, 1/2 price. Nice phone except for poor on-screen fingerprint reader. Even with just the pre-installed screen scratch protector on, constantly get: Cover entire fingerprint sensor, Press a little harder, and No match. I guess FP sensor will not work at all if I put on a glass screen protector. A trick with at least the screen scratch protector, lightly lick (wetten) finger print before putting it on sensor - works immediately almost every time, but yes, gross.

I wish that the phone would update text messages. for example when i respond the chat stays there and it still gives a time as if i never responded. so when locked i dont know if its a response or not. the fingerprint scanner was better on the back. I like the color options on this phone. make the edge steel instead of aluminum. i do miss having the sensor motion sensor so i can just hold the phone up to call. it helps more when driving if a text chat was opened before driving.

Took my 11 month old Galaxy S 9 in as constantly dropped calls. Was told it was likely a poor internal antenna and was recommended I upgrade to this Galaxy S 10. After 1 week, started dropping calls again. Saw Geek Squad and they recommended I take it to Verizon for a new sim card. I did that 6 days ago, and haven't yet dropped a call. Could the sim card have been faulty on the S 9? Why wasn't that suggested before recommending a new phone? We will see if the problem has been fixed......

Although these phones are expensive, the overall quality, functionality, and performance are the best you can get in America.

Love this phone so far :) very easy to use. I do hate the camera in the front the little circle bugs me but that is just me.
