I'm still getting use to it, but it seems to be very good. I am disappointed that the video calling on my S-9 is not on the S-10. I know Video Calls can still be made, but not without inviting each contact to "Duo". I also miss the invisible "home button" at the bottom of the screen. It also doesn't pay any attention to the display time-out setting, it goes dark in 30 seconds sometimes and 5 seconds the next time.

I've had this phone for about 5 months now and although It is good phone overall, it just continues to disappoint me which is sad because I upgraded from a galaxy s5 which was a great phone (until it couldn't keep up) Software: upgrading to android 10 made the phone worse - weather widget no longer works properly, layout of power settings menu and power management options is worse. Bixby can be handy for automating phone settings but doesn't really prove useful in daily life - google assistant is far superior. Battery life: Battery life has degraded dramatically in 5 months and I exercise care in charging/discharging - the phone will get me though the day with light use but with heavy use it will definitely need a charge to get through the day. Screen: I hate the curved screen and the fragile glass back that requires the phone be used with a case which defeats the purpose of making a pretty back, plus it collects so many fingerprints. The fingerprint reader is useless and constantly fails to detect my fingerprint - I have to use a PIN instead. Camera: low light photos are artificially too bright. The wide angle lens camera distorts images too much to be useful, even with ultra wide correction turned on.

Replaced an S7 with the S10. Have only had it about a month. This is a good phone. Good battery life.

Upgraded from galaxy s8. Picture quality and speed of phone is way faster than my previous phone.

I love my new phone. I have previously owned a Galaxy S3 and S7 and have been very happy with my phones. I wanted to stay with Samsung phones because they are very easy to use. My new phone was very easy to set up. I love all the new improved features.

Great upgrade from the S7. Super easy to use and set up. Photo quality is wonderful.

replaced samsung 8. Its an upgrade except for battery power. Thats no better than 8. I originally wanted 10e but Best Buy had none and no idea when they would because of Covid. Customer service was great. I wouldn't but a cell phone elsewhere.

Phenomenal upgrade over my S7. I had a mishap dropping my brand NEW phone within the 1st 24hrs of owing it, and I'm thrilled to say the 6 gen Gorrilla glass held true to its claim. Thank you Samsung for continuing to provide the best technology in screen durability!

Coming from the S8+, it was a good time for upgrade. Need to confess, those noch and camera hole on all new phones aren't nice looking in my opinion, but after a week, your brain stops seeing it. The phone is just great, fast and the camera really feel a nice upgrade.

Really good price on this phone to be picked up at the store. Very easy pickup. We had a problem getting it all set up but the staff was eager to help and were successful. This was much easier than dealing with Verizon at the store! Thank you!

I purchased this phone for my husband when he was unavailable to go and make the purchase. We transferred the data from his old phone to the new one ourselves. My husband is very happy with the device and appreciates all the features.

User friendly Does seem like I have to restart phone once a day, not had it quite a month

The Samsung - Galaxy S10 is the best Android cell phone on the market. Although the features difference between the S9 and S10 or minor, the price point of the S10 which was the selling point for me since I was upgrading from the Samsung S8.

I love my new phone. I just wish it came with a manual. I have not had time to really figure it out, but because I had a Samsung Galaxy before, I know the basics. I think once I really figure out all the features, I will love it even more!

Love this phone. From the call quality, camera, display, etc. What's not to like?

Upgraded from a s9 and this phone is better in almost every way. With the addition of the in display fingerprint scanner there is no longer a haptic home button, so take note of that if you're considering it. They don't advertise that part of things.

It's a good phone I have had it freeze on me a couple times but other than that its awesome

This was my first cell phone so I am still learning a lot about it. It is so easy to use, however, I have found that my clumbsy thumbs are not capable of typing. Have found slow success with my index finger.

I am a slow learner, tech is not my thing, but I think I'm picking up on things as I go. Must add that the sales rep was very patient with me answering all questions, he was very knowledgeable making this purchase an easy experience.
