I love my Samsung s10 and am very satisfied with the look and feel of it. It's only been a week but am glad I chose this upgrade. The salespeople transferred everything over for me. The whole experience was welcome.

My wife and I upgrade our phones every couple of years and we both cant be happier with our Galaxy S10's. We came from S7 and the S5 before that and both think that this S10 is the best we have owned.

Best price I could find was at Best Buy. What sold me was the salesman, H. He listened to ME. and he HEARD me. Took the time to guide this old guy who is not tech savvy. Best Buy & Samsung, Perfect Together !!

The only thing that I didn't like about the Galaxy was that it doesn't have a great platform for my music, but now i mostly listen to music online and it isn't a problem. Will definitely stay within the Galaxy.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S10. It is the best. So easy to use and gorgeous. Also very durable. I have dropped it twice, once with case, once without and it survived. So happy with my purchase...

I love the upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy. The improved functionality of the operating system and added features are welcomed improvements. If there were a downside, it would be the discontinued led notifications.

This is my third Galaxy. Previously had the S5 & S8. I dropped the S8 and the screen cracked. I stopped at Best Buy a few hours later and got lucky with a promotion/sale price. Got the S10 for half off!

I love my new Samsung S10 -- the 3 phones are awesome! Such great quality! Lots of new features that my old one didn't have. Still getting used to the fingerprint option - it's pretty sensitive. Overall love the phone.

Had some trouble with the set-up and had to make a return to Best Buy. Glad to say we are getting along just fine now. I would definitely recommend it. It actually comes with a screen cover

Upgraded from a S7. Happy I did. I love the new type c connector. Easier to charge now at night when it’s dark. Phone works great.

Love this phone, perfect thinness even with cover on. Don't love the curved edges as a pain to put on the screen protector and seems to lift more often than my prev phones. Otherwise I think this phone is great!

Would buy again. However, I also said this about my s9 when I first got it, then a year later it stopped charging. So far so good. Love the expanded storage and it being water proof.

First time with a new phone in a while. Was torn between this and iphone. Happy i went with Samsung as accessories are way cheaper. Great deal from Best Buy and rep explained specs perfectly.

All around great phone. Some minor glitches, like my lock screen randomly turning on and off and a few other things that rarely happen that just require a restart. I also wish there was no bixby button and that the volume buttons were on the same side as the power button to avoid accidental volume changes when squeezing to power off.

I have had the phone just a little over a week now, the more I use it the better I like it. I find the learning curve isn't too bad at all. they have really made it very user friendly.

Had to replace a lost phone. Best Buy associate helped me decide on the S10. They had a good price on the phone and helped set it up. I am very happy with both the phone and the service Best Buy provided.
