Good phone. Replaced a Galaxy S8, and this phone is better in everything it does. Only downfall was that I lost the LED notification light that was on the S8

Nice phone, the glass cracked on the back of the phone in the first 24 hours. I set it on the counter and it cracked. Poor quality for a $1000 phone. For the money, no phone is worth it. If you had to replace your $1000 TV every 2 to 3 years, you would buy that brand.

Excellent price for a Samsung Galaxy S10 on Black Friday. Had issues with installing the Invisible Shield and for all of the money we spent on Black Friday, I believe Best Buy should have waived the $8.00 fee to install and we had to return the following week to do so as they would not install any shields on Black Friday weekend.

I love my galaxy S10. Its been 3 years and it still works perfectly. Sounds like something is loose inside it but if its not broke dont try to fix it.

This phone is pretty good. The only issue I have is with the fingerprint unlock. It doesn't have the home button to press when you just want to check your notifications. It doesn't always sense your finger.

I purchased this phone for my son to replace his Samsung Galaxy S7. He loves it and has had no problems with it. I will purchase one for myself when I decide to get a new phone.

The sound or volume is not good at all. The camera seems to be good. Bixby still isn't worth using. It wasn't worth it on my last phone and it is no better now. There is still a lot more I need to learn.

I'm not used to the battery losing life overnight. I tried to return it, but will not pay the $45 re-stocking fee for an issue that was not made clear - even though I asked about battery life and told all of these S10s are the same, other than their size and the battery for each size would be comparable, that's not true. I've had it less than two weeks, took it back a few days after purchasing and was told I had too many apps (most came with the phone, others were transferred from other phone - didn't have a problem with that phone) and something else that the very rude kid helping me (not) said was running in the background and he took it upon himself to delete it, but then couldn't tell me what app it was.

Love my phone but really disappointed that I spent all that money on a phone that does not get utilized for the 5G as that service is not available in our area.

This phone comes with a lot of great features built in including the great camera and video capabilities. Have this unit for about a week and still trying out the new apps and capabilities.

Phone is awesome. Transfer of info from S9 was flawless thanks to Smart Switch. Have been a loyal fan of Galaxy phones since they cam out with S5. Highly recommend.

So grateful that I FINALLY upgraded from a Galaxy 6!! I still have so much to learn about this phone, but I'm actually willing to learn so that I can be caught up with my teenage kids!

This phone works great...an excellent upgrade from an S5. Was greeted by Sarah in about 5 minutes and and walked out of the store about 45 minutes later with phone all setup

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s6. Upgrade and transfer of data went smoothly and personnel were very helpful. Returned to get it to sync with car audio system and that also went smoothly.

So far I am enjoying this phone - still getting to know it - but what I have learned so far it is pretty easy to use. It's the perfect size - not too small or too big.

This phone has everything that I need. I had read that the fingerprint scan was difficult sometimes, but I have had no issues. It has been a smooth transition from the S8 to the S10.

Dont remember buying this. Maybe my son did... he says he loves his new phone and i can only assume its this one lol. Its not an iPhone so you know its a good phone amiright

Not a fan of buying new phones when they come out, but when I have to get a new phone Samsung Galaxy S10 is my choice. Great quality phone and compatible with existing Samsung devices.
