I purchased this phone for my son. He is extremely pleased with its capabilities and function. The service I received from Best Buy staff was exceptional.

Overall, this phone was worth the upgrade from the S8. The battery life, though is not as good as the S8. Seems like I need to charge after only an hour of use. Best buy gave me a much better price on it compared to what Verizon is offering their current customers.

Great phone easy to use. As with most of the new phones their prices are very high for a phone computer but thats life I guess.

Got this phone to replace my galaxy s8, great improvement from my old phone. A lot of great camera features, bright screen and super fast charging.

I recently purchased this S10 by Samsung. It is thin, sleek, has many great new features, and has the best clarity of any of my previous cell phones.

wen trough hell and high water to get this phone, I have loved all my Samsung phones and so far this one is my favorite. My opinion much better phone deal for a verizon customer than the s20 which verizon dumb down compared to ATT model

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is a fantastic cell phone. The cameras have lots of options and the phone settings can be altered in any way imaginable.

Difficult to set up, not clear on how to set some things. It has a mind of iits own, things appear on screen that l didn't seek. Maybe next time I'll try an apple. Photo is great if you can figure out how to do it.

Got used to the finger print scanner in the back which worked perfect on my s8. Now the screen is the scanner and only works half the time. The lock button is now where the Bixby button was. No buttons on the right. Just happy Bixby doesn't have it's own button.

A replacement for a Galaxy S8. Went with this even though 5G is the new hype. However, there is no 5G anywhere near us and probably won't be in the near future. Therefore, the price difference helped make the decision to forgo the 5G.

Great phone! I've had this since July 2020 and have had no problems, Samsung makes a great phone you won't be disappointed.

Of course it's a great phone, but in addition this was the best service we have received in upgrading a phone. Fast and efficient and friendly.

This phone is well designed and well beyond my capability I got a great deal on it and I will probably never use half of the phone's potential

I like almost everything about this phone. The exceptions are I'm not a fan of no led indicator to show missed notifications. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work as well as the s8. It's a bit finicky
