Took back and covered by warranty, but next phone they sent me was defective. Took another phone and several months to get a phone that worked correctly. Will say Verizon was very easy to work with.

Fingerprint sensor works fine, didn't even have to reset them. Feels VERY plasticky; has a stickyness to it. So screen no longer feels glass like. Also scars VERY easy. After having it on 1 day of light use there is a scar, almost as if a sharp object poked into the protector, very annoying and not sure how it even happened. If you are wearing polarized sunglasses it can look strange in spots and the scars will REALLY stand out. I'm removing it, I can't handle the visible scar, I have a Dome glass one coming; so all in all this was a complete waste of almost $30.00. Also, Best Buy brick and morter store charged me $2.00 more than their website listed, a common occurrence I'm finding out. I didn't realize this until I got home and didn't feel like dealing with the hassle for $2.00, just be aware at checkout and have their website ready on your phone to show them, I have had to do this several times now. It's a shame to have to go to this length to make sure they charge you their listed price correct.
