Hard to adjust to. Biggest thing I don't have cords for a charges portable battery. I thought all the ends were supposed to be universal from the s7 and on. Very dissappointed to have to buy new cords. Didn't realize that till it was activated with the $40 fee.

Bixby button is a waste of space. None of the ring tones are the same as my previous phone (S7) which is so very frustrating! Heavy and big. I would've taken it back and gotten something else but I didn't want to pay the $45 re-stocking fee.

They couldnt do anything because of verizon so i am stuck with a phone that im unhappy with

I thought it would be faster than my galaxy S8 but its slower. Mostly in context switching but sometimes it just sits there for several seconds "thinking". Why no led status indicator? No app can replace it seemingly.
