Once I started getting system updates repeatedly...it promptly turned into a slow-moving piece of junk. Now it's almost as slow as the phone I just replaced with this thing! I wouldn't recommend.

Charged it until it was fully charged, like it said in the instructions and the battery won't hold a charge has to be charged everyday and it's not like I'm on it all day either.

I was given a returned or refurbished phone. There are scratches on the screen. For the amount of money I paid, I would expect a brand new item or at least some kind of a discount for purchasing a used item, I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I will not buy a phone from Best Buy again!!!!
