Alittle hard to learn to use would have helped to have more instruction

My kid likes this phone but I hate it. iPhone is way better.

Not a bad phone but wish I would've waited for the 5g phone.

I ordered a phone for pick up in the store - when the person helping me had a question for a senior employee - he was very dismissive Then when I asked a question the senior employee was also dismissive to me

The phone has several decent features but the battery life is not as good as advertised and the phone does not get good signal. I have an iPhone 6 work phone that retains signal much better than the S10.

Purchased two weeks ago. This midel has more features than the S7 which I finally retired. Looking forward to using all its capabilities

Issues with pop-up ads that are inherent with S10. Very few wanted to offer help. From BB, VZW, to Samsung.

I have never been more disappointed with a phone! This is my 4th generation SG and the feature that I was looking for the most was the battery life of 3 days. It only lasts 1 day! I was told it was a Motherboard issue and Samsung's tech, "U Break We Fix says this is a known issue with this model. They tried to fix this twice. I give up and will not buy another one.

I liked my old S-7 Edge better, l would still have it, if it had not of gotten broken.

Nice large screen (6.1"). Haven't used camera much yet.

WORST COMPANY EVER. If I could give a "0" rating, I would. I can't rate the phone, as they lost my delivery and have yet to send me a new one. It's been weeks of calling, emailing, wasting hours in chat trying to get someone to help fix this.

What a mess ! Bestbuy needs the money more mr !! Crazy !! I will never never buy anything from bestbuy again Z!

There must be a issue with phone this one has problems connecting to bluetooth and disconnects constantly

Can't use Android at all. When I google something it gets hung up and just spins.

I traded up my Galaxy S8 and got the S10 because of the great photo performance these phones have designed into them. Good processor speed too. I also like the finger touch unlock feature which works as well as the Apple products, as I am experienced with the iPhones. So far I am very pleased with this phone.

Upgrading from the Motorola G6 and it is night and day. Bixby is remapple which is awesome (I don't use it so it's a wasted button otherwise), the screen looks great. It charges fast and stays charged. Just buy it already.

I have officially had this phone for 3 years. I cant complain about any phone related issues. The reason i finally need to upgrade is to get 5g capabilities, otherwise this is still going strong! Ill have it as a backup!

I've been very happy with this phone. It's lasted me a little over 4 years without quitting on me. Can't complain. My biggest frustration has been a built-in Samsung safety feature that turns my music down after listening with the phone turned up to full volume (which I do when using my car's aux port).
