Samsung phones are top quality, especially the "flagship" ones. But the biggest thing for me is the size. I am SO thankful that they made a smaller phone. I cannot handle these enormous phones that people are making these days, I just do not need something so big. This is exactly what I have been looking/waiting for.

Phone and camera are amazing quality for the price and very comparable to other high priced phones.

It's a really good phone for the price. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on the normal S10, then get this phone; it does not have as many of the cool features as the normal S10, however I thought the price savings is worth giving up the extra features. But if you don't care about spending more, get the normal S10 or S10+.

This is a better phone than the one I had previously. I like the features. Some things take some getting used to, but overall I'm pleased with the purchase. The drawback - I tried to 'pair' this phone with my Jeep U-Connect system. I finally gave up. Todays phones have biometric capabilities, the ability to communicate with satellites and identify local Wi-Fi spots as well as other technically advanced properties. Is it unreasonable to believe that Samsung engineers could meet with U-Connect engineers and develop a way to have the cell phone and the vehicle you want to pair it with equipped with a feature that allows intercommunication with a touch of a button? Wouldn't that be better than the unnecessarily complicated process currently in place that often leads to frustration and failure? Such an advancement should not be difficult to accomplish given today's advancements.

Purchased this phone to replace our HTC One M8. We're really impressed with the screen's display quality. It's size is comparable with that of our old M8, but lighter in weight. The Android operating system takes some getting used to but it's not a big deal. We've had no problems with the phone after a couple of months of use.

THE PHONE IS EASY TO USE AND THE CAMERA WORKS AWESOME!!

Stepping down from always having a larger display, there's really not much to miss. It out performed my s9+ and I'm really not upgrading anytime soon. Fits much more comfortable in the hand, I wish they made more versions in this size now, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Got this model for me and the family. Everyone is very happy with the performance and have no isses with the differences with the non-e series phones. We did make sure to buy cases and glass shields for them since the screens are not as strong as the non-e series. Very happy with this purchase

I haven't been disappointed or dissatisfied yet though I waited 2 extra weeks to activate this phone I wasnt quite ready to switch from my Galaxy s8 even though I knew this phone would be 99% the same as my last haven't had any issues yet will come back in a few months to updated my review

This is my first Smart phone which I've only had a few days (I had tech at BB transfer info on 7/15) but it seems easy enough to use. Fortunately my husband can give me instruction with it. I tried reading the manual and using Utube instruction but they were not very clear.

This is a great phone for someone who wants to spend less and get a phone that is not so big. I like everything so far compared to my old Samsung. I am glad they are still making quality phones in this size. I hope they make this type e phone with many flagship models going forward.

We traded in our Samsung 6 for the Galaxy S10e..they worked but Best Buy had a great deal on the new phone. They were offering $250 off!! It was a great time to update. We have had no issues with our new phone-pretty easy to use. Some things have changed but for the most part it is easy to use.

If you like a phone that acts like a phone, this is it. dang text buttons are sketchy with glass screen cover, go another route. takes me forever to write these, punching letters over and over. Overall I am happy, specially at 9 bucks a month for 2 years, i can live with small issues.

Smokes an Iphone for performance. 256gb of starage is one of the largest.

I switched my S8 for the S10e and it is virtually identical. It doesn't have some of the quirks that the s8 had, so you can tell they have been working over some of the kinks on the new generations. Does not come QI charger ready out of the box, which I thought was lacking though.

I specifically picked out this phone, because it does NOT have a curved screen. I've been a big fan of Samsung for many many years, but am not interested in a curve. This phone took the Galaxy S10, removed the curves, and released as a more budget-friendly option. Phone has outperformed my $600 Razer Phone 2 by a long shot.

Went from an S8 to an S10e. More powerful and faster phone and camera in a smaller package. After 2 weeks, I'm loving it.

I find it hard to figure out the changes from my previous Samsung Galaxy 7. I am not great at that anyway, just want a phone with texting, camera, contacts and phoning so not the biggest deal. I do really dislike the marketing trying to get me to try out more. I have ads constantly on the phone when I open it. Seems like they won't go away till I sign up. Which is how I mistakenly signed up for a trial of something I don't need. I am confident, though, the next time I am in Best Buy I'll get help to get rid of the ads and anything else I want.

I have never owned a Samsung phone always another brand. I am very happy with the way the Samsung phone works . It is very easy to use . Being a little illiterate about cell phones , this one actually "helps" to set it up! Will down the line stay with Samsung.
