Just switched back to galaxy. Was talked into another brand 1 1/2 years ago when I experienced overheating with my older galaxy. What a mistake had constant problems with other brand. This is a great phone.

This phone is a little smaller than what I like and am used to but for the price it is well made and functions beautifully. It's lightweight and thin. Still getting used to the smaller keyboard.

Love the smaller profile of the S10e. It has all that we need and more. Purchased four phones as upgrades on our account. The deal that Best Buy offered at the time was a deal closer.

I love the size of this Galaxy... you can fit it in your smaller hand and pocket... but the ringtones and notifications have not been improved, better ones were standard on previous models. There is also no LED for notifications. And the settings are a nightmare... its overkill and several trump other settings so configuring them is trial and error and a crap shoot. There are also ongoing issues with several settings including proximity sensor with call screen going black and voicemail notifications. But I refuse to ever go iPhone again. Hopefully Samsung will turn around.

I am happy to have upgraded to the Galaxy S10e from the S8. The battery life is phenomenal, the speakers sound clear, the screen is easy to read, and it's an all around great phone.

excellent quality, the phone takes great pictures and huge improvement from my previous phone that I could barely hear on and always cut out. Got a otter box to fit to I feel safe using it at work

My old phone would not hold a charge and I upgraded to the S10e and I am glad I did. The screen is clear and the size is good. Didn't want a large phone. It fits nicely in my back pocket.

Got this free for buying the S10+. What a deal. Perfect second phone and easy to understand for an elderly. first time smartphone using, parent.

Had a Samsung before. When replacement needed I wouldn't think of any other brand. Never had a problem. And it lets you set up for easy use, if you are not a techy.

I like my phone because it is not too big. It fits in my pocket perfectly. The new placements of the side buttons were easy to get used to and the different design is great.

This is one of my children's phones. He is very happy with it and loves having more storage. He chose this phone over the Galaxy S10 because for the same price he could get more GB.

The BOGO was a bonus as my hubby also needed a phone. It is fast and I like the added features my old phone didn't have. Helpful personnel to get everything turned over to new phone.

My wife recently switched from an iPhone 7 to a new Samsung Galaxy s10e and she couldn't be happier. She loves the sleek design, functionality, quality and user friendly interface.

This is my 3rd Samsung Galaxy phone. I love them. My only disappointment with this one is the battery life. From other reviews I've read it is due to the size of the phone. I'm OK with it because I don't want a tablet size phone.

I couldn't be happier with my new phone. I have no complaints. The new camera features are awesome. And, the battery is fantastic.

Great phone for the money. It does everything I need and more. It is small enough to fit in my front jeans pocket and yet the screen is large enough to easily see.

Just bought this for my son and got to play around with it for a bit. The camera has really updated since the s9+ and the look and feel of it is a nice touch.

This phone is fast and compact. I got tired of the edges on my other Galaxy so I wanted a flat screen. Ultra Mobile without compromising speed and quality.

Such a great difference from my old S8. The screen is brighter and the images have clear definition. Camera features are noticeably better and easy to use.

I think the size is just right in my hand. The battery life has been good and charges quickly. Overall a great purchase and staff at the best buy were so helpful.
